For developers and landlords, we advise on how to obtain the highest return from

their office investment, from building reconfiguration, to renovation, refurbishment

and redevelopment. With experience of over 2 million sq ft occupied space, the team

understands the importance of space efficiency and occupier requirements, and have

considerable skill in property PR and marketing - space and floor plans, 3D

visualisations, photography, and design illustrations. It is in this capacity that we play

important role in the St Bride’s Business Alliance, which is a property fund and asset

management group.

St Bride’s Business Alliance

Robert Houston, who was recently Global CEO for ING Real Estate Investment - where

he was responsible for €65bn of funds under management - has a new enterprise: St

Bride’s Business Alliance. It is a group of property enterprises that combine to provide

a comprehensive fund and asset management service. Robert has become a Director

or Partner of each enterprise.

Our team helps office occupiers with space utilisation, corporate branding, interior

design, workstation configurations, room fittings and office furniture. This is about

working closely with clients to achieve both an exceptional standard of design and a

space plan that maximises operational efficiency and effectiveness, which in turn

allows their clients to limit their environmental impact and have their most desired

location and building. These factors - tailored and combined for each client - will

allow client’s office accommodation to best express their values and identity to staff,

clients, and investors, and allow them to maximise success.

Paul Hastings Janofsky Walker

This was a design project at 10 Bishops Square

Salford Quays Hotels

This was a full architectural project for Lanos Properties on two hotels of 350 rooms.

The local authority had given the site of the hotels the status of ‘gateway’, which

essentially meant they had to meet their flagship criteria. In this regard, it was

necessary to convince them that our design was suitable via 3D visualisation.

We have a considerable amount of experience of working in the City of London We’ve

helped Bank Of London & Middle East move at Cannon Street, Butterfield Private

Bank at 99 Gresham Street and The Securities Industry and Financial Markets

Association (SIFMA) at St Michael’s House.

Commerce

We moved MIKI Travel into 30,000 sq ft at Vintner’s Place in Upper Thames Street

and GPT Halverton REIM into 20,000 sq ft at City Place House, Basinghall Street. We

have worked with Altran Technologies – with 18,000 consultants worldwide –

Europe’s leading high technology consulting group, Nedlloyd Shipping, Grant

Thornton, Bull Computers, JVC and The Confederation of British Industry.

Legal profession

A few years ago we moved Ince & Co, into 45,000 sq ft and have since completed a

further 15,000 of expansion space. Maclay Murray Spens, 25,000 sq ft of open plan

offices in One London Wall. Paul Hastings Janofsky Walker, 23,000 sq ft and

Mallesons Stephen Jaques, 4,000 sq ft.

Non-profit organisation

We have worked with Citizens Advice (NCAB), helping to plan their operations across

the UK, The College of Occupational Therapists, The Biochemical Society, The

Worshipful Company of Grocers, The Honourable Society of Middle Temple, The

Institute of Actuaries and Community Action Network - with 28,000 sq ft of space in

Loman Street, also 26,000 sq ft at 1 London Bridge, with an innovative project,

accommodating over 50 non-profit making organisations.
