Bhatia Wines Merchant Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1997. This company is based in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. This company is engaged in production of winery beverages. Here the electricity used is the electricity generated through water.

Here the water from the ground is de-mineralised to use in boiler which is done in following cylinders:

Multi-grade filters (stones) Carbon filters (Carbons) Softner (Addition of Salt) Cation (Addition of Raisins and HCl) Degassor Tank (Storage) Anion (NaOH) DM Water (HCl+ Castic).

ID Fan- Suck the air from the furnace. FD Fan- Supply air to the furnace. PA Fan- Burn the gas uniformly and supply

the fuel further from the furnace. 3 Safety Valves- One is located on

superheater and two others on steam drum. Air Vent- Exhaustion of the air. Rotary Feeder- Proper fuel supply. Water Level Indicator- Indicate the level of

water in the drum.

An Impulse Steam Turbine is used in this Industry of 0.5MW. It rotates the shaft of governor at 5940 rpm.

The steam entering the turbine is of 375°C to 400°C.

The exhaust turbine is of 250°C to 275°C which is supplied to the plant at a temperature of 150°C.

A layer of oil acts as a bearing in this turbine. This turbine gives an output current upto 850

Ampere.
