GOAL: To establish an Indian Ocean Malay Festival as an additional tourist attraction for the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.

PROPOSAL: To compliment existing tourist attractions a Malay themed festival (similar to Broome Chinese Festival) be organised annually. A suggested program of events are listed.
