Includes the following if applicable:
• Receiving cargo in our Miami warehouse.
• Registration with U.S. Customs prior to shipping.
• Shipping to Nassau
• Bahamas Custom clearance
• Delivery to and from the Atlantis Dock
• Ship back leftover boxes to Miami
• U.S. Custom clearance upon return
Exclusions: Box movement fees within Atlantis.• $ 10.00 per box, per movement.• $ 175.00 per pallet, per movement.

Shipment Returns from Nassau to MiamiOur Nassau staff will receive your shipments sent by Laser International Freight in Miami, clear Bahamas Customs, and will deliver to the appropriate boardroom per the instructions of your resort conference host or your company rep.
After the event is over, the same staff will be picking up your returning shipment. Here is the process:
• We will give your rep a simple form to complete with your return address information, and we
will label your boxes.
• We will ship them back to Laser in Miami, where we will need to present an entry to U.S.
Customs in order to clear them back to the States.
• There is no charge for your same shipment returns up to Miami, including clearing U.S. Customs
and documentation.
Shipment Returns from Miami to YOUOnce the returns are cleared, we will then return the shipment back to you from Miami, per your instructions on the returning form. We can do UPS or Fed Ex labels as long as we have your account number, or you can schedule a pickup from us in Miami with your favorite carrier once we notify you that the freight has cleared and is ready for pickup.
If the returning form does not have the appropriate information, we will then contact you for instructions.
Timeline: This whole return process takes about 10 working days, depending on how fast Bahamas and U.S. Customs clear the shipment.
Please keep in mind that Bahamas Customs will be inspecting and releasing your cargo before it can be returned back to Miami; and US Customs has the right to hold it again for inspection.
