As discussion about the hierarchical structure of Al shafa international Hospital, there

are some advantages of this structure and also disadvantages.

Hierarchical structures promote developing employees as specialists and get

 become e!perts in specific functions.

=mployees of >ompany are loyal to their departments and loo out for the

 best interest of their area.

#ecision maing are easy due to centralie control that can be taen by the

Disad3anta<es

them are not seriously wor for the Al shafa international Hospital interest in

this type of structure.

"ivalry between departments may anger as each department maes decisions

that benefit its own interests rather than the organiations as a whole.

Increased bureaucracies often hold bac an organiation’s speed to change.

Increased time may be required to respond to clients.

$alaries for multiple layers of management increase an organiation’s costs.

%here is no promotion concept in this type of structure because in this

As per management conte!t there is issue of training and development of the staff

some of the employees don’t have the e!posure even how proper use of internet

facility and still paper base woring are using in the organiation

%here is no proper system of maintaining the records of their customer enquiry files

when there is a need to review the previous record of the customer enquiry it can be

problem for that and also waste of time to search the concern customer file record.

%here is another issue no product innovation they are ?ust maing those products

which are being developed from previous */ to 56 years.

Lac of advertisement can be a problem decreasing their sales also because their

regular customers who mae order to the company for their pro?ects demand there is a

rare chance to get new customer.

%here is a chance that in coming / to 1 year company faces the problem of sill labor

deficiency because their e!perience staff or you can say nowledge worer are going

%his was very important and much beneficial for any individual studying anysub?ects. ;ith the help of internship, a student feels the practical application of his'her

nowledge. %he overall organiation is quite organied and applied standard

 procedures.

I suggest that alshifa focus on their internal performance by first focusing on financial

statements for leading indicators and that intention consideration at providing their

employee high motivation and customer with competing services. %he following

conclusions have been identified during my internshipO

All wor carried out on standard procedures of I$ 866* 5669.

Good ;oring environment.

=ducated staff with professional approach.

:eed improvement on communication process throughout organiation

%he H" department is not taing active role for the motivation of employs. %he

balance of payment is not aligning with the current inflation for that reason the

standard of lower level employs is not reasonable.

%he managers from different department should read the financial statements which

organiation e!ternal and'or internal accounting department prepares on every quarter

and yearly. %hese financial statements will assist as a comprehensive sign when

compared to past financial statements as well as with the main competitors of the

organiation. ;hich show where you are, how you are doing, and where they are

goingP nce you see that you have an opportunity to assess your value proposition

and your processes, you can wor to improve both.%hey should implement proper appraisal system in the organiation. %here is no

record maintained about the performance of the employee. %he said should also

increase the interest and employee will be informed that management is looing to

their performance. Good performance receives good response from management due

to which employee motivation and interest increase in the organiation.

%here is communication gap between the administration and production personnel,

which is very harmful for the business which should require improving by proper

communicating all related information throughout the organiation by adding

different personnel in the loop.

%he trend in ratio is much swayed due ma?or changes in assets and sales. )LL need to

maintain its position in this regard. %he graph clearly identifies the variation in the

ratio. )LL has High ratio healthy ratios in 56*6, there should be balance in

purchasing assets, and allocation of funds to various sector. <lanning area seems to

wea point of )LL and needs to be improve, there should be no one man show in

 planning.

Human "esource is also main assets for any organiation, so Al shafa international

Hospital needs to motivate and use H" more efficiently. High fi!ed assets turnover

ratio may denote that )LL in 56*6 cannot afford to buy enough assets but in 56*5 it

has high assets than previous year. %here should be a balance to maintain fi!ed assets

along with non(fi!ed assets to maintain a sufficient level of non(fi!ed assets to help

out in clearing its routine business transactions. %he "A ratio also indicates that

company assets are not fully utilied, which is another point to improve.

:et profit margin indicates the profit generated out of entire revenue. It is mostly used

to compare company’s result over time. )LL has high revenue as compare to 56*6 but

low net profit margin due increase in the e!penses. )LL should also wor on

controlling financial e!penses as there is large amount ris involve due inflation.

$imilarly increasing operating profit margin indicates the company is growing more

efficient but )LL has decrease operating profit margin in 56*5 as compared to 56*6

that’s also need to improve.

;oring capital ratio also decrease from previous year but still it is on positive side so

)LL currently is able to meet its short(term liabilities with its current assets.
