TECHNOLOGY SUMMARY

BUILDING TECHNOLOGY

SHELTER2HOME, LLC and SHELTER2HOME- HAITI, SA (S2H) are committed

to the philosophy that our role in Haiti is to provide a leg-up, not a hand-

out, and ultimately contribute to the sustainability of the country by

addressing the triple bottom line; the measure of economic, ecological, and

social success. It is for this reason that we have located our manufacturing

facility in Les Cayes, Haiti, and are helping to contribute to the local

economy. S2H along with STUCC ON STEEL Building Systems (SOS), www.

stucconsteel.com, has developed an innovative Transitional Shelter that

can be deployed to provide relief for those displaced by natural disaster,

war or poverty. What is unique about S2H is that our shelters have the

ability to be converted into permanent homes that are highly resistant to

hurricane, fire, earthquake, flooding and termites using SOS Technology.

Every part of a Shelter2Home is used when it is converted, so nothing is

thrown away or wasted; therefore making it sustainable, environmentally

friendly and practical.

STUCC ON STEEL has developed a low-cost, environmentally friendly

building system that simplifies the ways homes are built, the materials

used, the skills required, etc. This SOS Building System was successfully

demonstrated in Sri Lanka for people displaced by the 2004 Asian Tsunami.

The homes were constructed in 20 days, designed to last at least 100

years and are built to be highly resistant to hurricane, flooding, fire and

termites. It was during this time the S2H Technology was developed as a

more viable, cost-effective approach to transitioning the displaced into

permanent housing. The STUCC ON STEEL Building System is

patented.
