For Airline tickets - Additional Comments
price options are good, but fasted route to get at destination not always provided. Sometimes, a overnight hotel is not required if a late afternoon flight is taken.

Superb service - one thing to consider, the timelines between making the booking & issuing the ticket is always very tight to achieve and sometimes we miss the 'cheapest fare' savings due to that. I realize this might be an airline problem but in the end it puts some pressure on the end customer.

Farid (Shell Rep.) is doing a fantastic job. He is very organized, deal with customers in a very polite and respectable way on top of the permanent pleasant smile / face.
For Hotel bookings - Additional Comments

We have only 3 hotel options, of which 2 are very good. If there are any other hotels, it would be good to get the approved hotel list on occasions.

[email protected] Both Mr Farid and Miss Reem take off time duty very seriously.
[email protected] generally no complaints although I have not really had experience with after hour service. apart from hotel bookings
[email protected] I have need to get a hotel booking at short notice and found this service worked well,
[email protected] I personally had one-time situation where I needed an urgent service after working hours and was impressed by the level of commitment and ultimate results by Excel team in Shell Egypt - Well done team and please keep it up!

For Meet/Assist, Transfer and visa application services - Additional Comments

Is there anything you would like to tell Excel Travel about its products or services that was not already asked in the survey?
[email protected] I booked a holiday package with your company in early 2014 for which you have raised to announced price significantly after my family and I organized our leave plans. Based on this experience, I decided not to buy any holiday packages from your company in the future.
[email protected] would like to have the option to have a different destination than my own home destination within the travel budget.
