SF303 Water Based-Urethane Fortified Sealer Finish is a unique, black pigmented, urethane fortified, metal free, acrylic sealer/finish. SF303 is designed to provide a durable high gloss coating to a variety of surfaces including arena skate flooring, resilient tile, mineral, stone, and asphalt anti-fatigue floor surfaces. SF303 can be used alone as a sealer and finish for arena skate flooring, or top coated with an Avmor floor finish and maintained by high speed burnishing to provide a “wet-look” gloss on other flooring surfaces.

• Always wear safety equipment when preparing and cleaning - eye protection, gloves and proper footwear.

• Always put out wet floor signs whenever wet work is being done.

• Ensure areas not being coated are safe and protected when exiting the coating zone as to not compromise adjacent flooring or carpeting, adjacent walls especially.

WhAT yoU NEEd To kNoW• SF303 Water Based-Urethane Fortified Sealer Finish applies seamlessly and levels quite well.

• Dry time in normal conditions will be approximately 60 minutes per coat.

• 1st coat coverage is approximately 1,200 - 1,500 ft2 ( 111.5 – 139.3 m2) per gallon (3.78 L) and subsequent coats will approximate 1,500 -2,000 ft2 (139.3 – 185.8 m2) per gallon (3.78 L)

• Foot/Skate traffic can be re-introduced after the last coat has dried.

• Machine maintenance (buffing, burnishing, auto scrubbing) may resume after 24 hours.

ProTip: Use walk off matting directly outside the floor being processed as a safe exit zone.

ProTip: If a mop bucket was used, ensure wheels are wiped clean before introducing it to other areas of the facility.

ProTip: When finishing out a door, return your final mop stroke to the wall, adjacent to the door to avoid swirling of finish, for professional results.
