[ NOTHING ]

I’m here in the Camargue area in the south of France for the Quantum Allowing workshop. There are about 80 wonderful Shaumbra from 18 countries taking part in this gathering with Adamus. The Auberge Cavaliver resort where we are staying is simple and peaceful, just the right setting for a Quantum Allowing experience. It’s in the marshlands area near Saintes Maries de la Mer, alive with pink flamingos, charming musk-rats and an assortment of other wildlife.

Today’s homework from Adamus is to allow ourselves to do something we wouldn’t otherwise do. I can hardly imagine what some Shaumbra are up to as they venture into the small village. As for me, I stayed back at the resort to write this article for the October Shaumbra Magazine as I can feel that Jean Tinder, SM Editor, is anxiously awaiting it. The deadline is today. Fortunately we’re 8 hours ahead here in France so I still have a few hours to get this writ-ten. I don’t want to add any more tension to Jean’s life. She and some of the other Crimson Circle staff have been through enough lately with the floods in Colorado, where it’s STILL raining. The roads are washed out, there’s no natural gas for heating and cooking, and authorities are saying it may be next spring before things are back to normal.

Back to today’s homework. I’m going to allow myself to write about Nothing. I wouldn’t normally do this because, well, a magazine article should be about Something. You can flip to the next article right now if you want Something, but stay with me if you’re ready for Nothing.

I’m surprised how good it feels to write about Nothing. There’s a lot less pressure than having to talk about something of significance. I actually didn’t know what to write about until I came up with Nothing. Nothing is like the number “0.” It’s there, but it’s not there. You can’t add it or subtract it like every other number, yet it’s an essential element of mathematics. Nothing is always there, but we rarely recognize it.

It makes me realize how much I am always into Something. Either I’m work-ing on a project, working with the staff, channeling, traveling, eating or sleep-ing. Mind you, sleeping isn’t Nothing. It’s filled with dreams about Something.

My first thought when I started writing about Nothing was that the readers

would be disappointed, or at least consider me lazy. I also felt I wouldn’t have the sense of creative satisfaction of writing about Something. But in this place of Nothing I don’t really care. It’s wonderfully liberating and freeing to write about Nothing.

Can you imagine seeing a movie about Nothing? Or going to a restaurant where Nothing is on the menu? How about going to the grocery store to shop for Nothing? It might not seem like much but it would be an interesting way to live for a while. “What’s up, Geoff?” people would ask. “Nothing.” Cool.

“Nothing makes sense.” You’ve heard that expression before, as in “the world is crazy.” But look at it from another perspective. NOTHING makes sense. It really does because there’s not a thing not to make sense. It’s much better than the alternative of trying to figure out Everything. You have Nothing to lose.

Nothing isn’t an empty void. It’s just a place without Anything Else. Nothing still exists because I Am there. Don’t get philosophical on me and say that it’s Something because I am present within it. No. It’s still Nothing, and I Am within it. It’s still like a big zero because it doesn’t have an affect on Anything, including me. But it exists.

The deeper I get into Nothing the more I am beginning to realize that maybe, just maybe, I Am Nothing! All of this time I thought I had to be Something. Maybe all of my busy activities were trying to make Something out of Nothing? Or trying to distract myself because only in Nothing can you meet your Self.

As Jed McKenna wrote in his book SpiritualWarfare, “Without our familiar props, we are faced with just ourselves, a person we do not know, an unnerv-ing stranger with whom we have been living all the time but we never really wanted to meet. Isn’t that why we have tried to fill every moment of time with noise and activity, however boring or trivial, to ensure that we are never left in silence with this stranger on our own?”

What’s really funny is that Jed McKenna isn’t real. He’s Nothing. It’s just a pen name for someone who doesn’t want his identity known, for someone who probably has a keen understanding of Nothing. The imaginary Jed McKenna would probably tell me that it’s better to be aware of Self in Nothing rather than trying to be Something. And then Master McKenna would laugh and say to stop making Nothing into Something. Just relax. Nothing matters.

Now that I think and write about Nothing I recall the profound words of Tobias in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid four years ago. In this sacred-of-sacred, holy-of-holies chamber, he said, “Nothing Matters.” Damn, I thought he meant nothing matters! What he really meant was Nothing matters.

I’m so excited about this realization that I’m going to stop writing and go do Nothing. I just have to be careful not to discover Anything because then I’ll have to do something with it.

Okay Adamus, I did my Quantum Allowing homework today. I allowed myself to do something I wouldn’t normally do. I did Nothing and even wrote about it. I’m sending this article about Nothing back to Colorado in a few moments for Jean to proofread and Marc Ritter to add the graphics. I wonder what Marc will possibly use for a graphic for an article about Nothing?

WeatherDisasters:WhyColorado?

It is not “written” that there would be floods in Colorado in mid-September 2013, no more so than it is written or prophesied that there will be unprec-edented cold in eastern Europe in the winter of 2013–14.

In the past, planetary weather tended to follow patterns and cycles that were influenced by but not limited to the stars and heavens, as well as the oceans, solar flares, etc. During the Lemurian times and into the mid-Atlantean era the weather was much more predictable than it is now. For instance, it would rain very 72 hours or so. But in current times the weather is not nearly so predictable because of the fast changes in human conscious-ness. One of the main factors for weather change outside of its normal cycle is human consciousness.

Let’s take the recent extreme rains and flooding in the Boulder, Colorado area to see how human consciousness and other factors create a huge storm. The area has a strong combination of mountain and mineral structure that “keeps energy moving.” Many high-consciousness humans have moved to this area in the past 30 years. It’s a university center, the headquarters for United States weather and geological studies, and home to many new high-tech businesses. This area is also one of the five U.S. Golden Cities*. It is alive with energies. Sometimes the energies can be overwhelming, but for those who are “on the go” this is an ideal area.

The normal weather patterns for this time of the year call for dry weather, and the beginning of the change of seasons. But the high energies and high human consciousness in this region recently acted like a weather magnet. In this case, it was about clearing old energies in order to keep the area from become energetically constipated. The “magnet” attracted exactly what was needed: Lots of cleansing moisture.

Note that southern Colorado, especially in the area of Colorado Springs with its military bases and training academies, and it’s many conservative Christian organizations, experienced two huge forest fires in the past year. Now the Boulder area, know for it’s liberal consciousness and more accept-ing views of spirituality, receives the opposite type of cleansing with the recent heavy rains. The rains cleared energetic debris from the forests and mountains, as well as the regional consciousness. The weather “magnetic” brought together several high moisture fronts and then caused the clouds to literally stop over the area for 4–5 days, washing the mountains, earth and human thoughts. And it provided water energy for new growth.

For some Shaumbra this also relates to the “life-changing event” I men-tioned at the Sedona workshop in June 2013.

There are many consequences of a storm like this. First, it draws interna-tional attention to the area, which helps connect the consciousness of the Boulder, Colorado region to the world, along with the “higher potentials”

this area can offer other parts of the world. The floods will also bring hundreds of millions of dollars into the region for infrastructure repair. Once the repairs are completed this area will have some of the best roads anywhere in the US. Even though this was called a “Disaster of Biblical Proportions” there was very little loss of human life. Hundreds of thousands of people impacted by the storm had the opportunity to take a look at what’s important in their lives and to make the quick adjustments in their consciousness. The area will rebuild quickly and life will get back to nor-mal, but with a new sparkle and dynamic. You ask if this would be a good time to move to the area, and the answer is yes, if it feels right for you. But make sure you’re ready to handle strong, clear energies.

Please note that there will be a small after-effect of this storm. It will be a secondary clearing, shaking loose the old residual energies that might have held on during the storm. It will most likely come as very strong winds in the late

autumn timeframe, followed by colder-than-usual temperatures and then a big snowfall to blanket the area with crystal white energies during the healing process.

It’s important for everyone to note that you can live in the midst of a storm and not fear for your life, as so many Shaumbra did recent-ly. You can embrace the clearing on a very personal level, breathing into the storm and allowing it to also clear some stagnant ener-gies within you. After all, Shaumbra pirates always seem to enjoy a good adventure. They tend to get very bored when things aren’t moving fast.

EXCERPT FROM ADAMUS’ KEAHAK III CHANNEL – JULY 27, 2013

So here we had on July 17th a grand trine of water, a triangle in the constellations. Now, here in two days on July 29th, will be the alignment with the grand trine of Earth energies, and together their alignment will form this Star of David. It’s not about a Jewish thing, but it’s about a very beautiful alignment that, as many of you know, is also the Merkaba.

Merkaba is an ancient word in Egypt. Mer was the light, the Ka was Spirit, the Ba is the body. So it is the light of Spirit in the body. And what are we doing right now in Keahak? We are bringing the light into the body. We are melding with the Spirit.

So I wanted to take this opportunity, because we are right in the middle of this beautiful Star of David, also known

as the Flower of Life. But I want you to realize it’s not making you. It’s simply an energy dynamic that was worth noting right now, contained within this beautiful, grand alignment in the Star of David, which is going to have its strongest point in the afternoon July 29th, afternoon in Colorado.

What you have is Earth and water coming together. The water represent-ing a movement and also a cleansing, a very deep cleansing within you; the Earth, your groundedness, your physical body, your biology that’s going through tremendous changes right now, as you’re releasing its ancestral con-nections so you can have your own pure body, your own light connections. So this is happening right now, and what a beautiful time to allow or to take advantage of these energies, because we’re right in the midst of dealing with this in Keahak.

Now, imagine for a moment. Here you have the grand trine of water and then you have the grand trine of Earth, and they integrate together. They come together forming the Star of David, the Flower of Life, the Merkaba. And that creates an energy opening, an energy conduit that can come to facilitate what you are doing right now with releasing that ancestral biology, bringing in your own light body, grounding it in your physical body.

“We are best prepared when we are best informed.” These simple words summarize a method for living that serves quite well as we move through this mortal, yet rapidly changing world. As caustic and unsettling as it may appear on the surface (witness Syria) we also know, that in the end, all will be as it should. Changes are unsettling and jarring, yet they force us awake. Only when our eyes are wide open do we really make progress. Extreme situations bring about extreme solutions.

Quite simply; the roof is leaking and we need to repair it. If the roof were not leaking we would do nothing. However, since we are under duress we must respond. This is how we move. Necessity is a mother and, no doubt, her child will be invention. This is truly the unique relationship between crisis and creativity. One brings forth the other. And hence the great wheel great turns.

The end of a cycle sets the stage for this kind of examination and reflection. As we near the end of this most hyped and momentous year we will be facing changes of the highest sort. Resistance to these changes is truly futile. The trial will simply elongate if we resist. Let’s dig in, get the job done and move forward.

Rebellion will bring about necessary changes and innovation will bring forth the tools and inventions we need to make that one giant leap. As Uranus moves into closer orb (the distance by degree between planets) with Pluto, the planet of transformation, we will see the result of what it means to have reconstruction. For the record, Uranus is moving into a direct square with Pluto in Capricorn at 9 degrees respectively, just as November arrives. A few days later, on November 3rd, we witness a Solar Eclipse at 11 degrees Scorpio. This powerful event will have a ripple effect over the coming months.

The applied pressure of these two planets moving closer to an exact square and the dramatic Solar Eclipse will bring forth the necessary changes needed to begin anew. Reconstruction is a metaphor for rebuilding and renewal, and Pluto rules reconstruction. This is a historical cycle and bears noting as the reappearance of this relationship truly spells out renovation. Astrology is about relationships and the dance that occurs as a result. This dance will yield significant, dramatic results.

Here in the United States, we will begin to see a shift towards our domestic problems as they draw our attention, building like a hurricane charging up the coast. This astrological forecast becomes the harbinger for a time of change and rebirth, just as this past election illuminated the way forward. Resistance to these ideas only slows the progress. Like the sullen and tired bull under the tree, we must finally come awake by literally dragging that bull by the horns out into the sunlight where we can see our flaws, repair our bridges, invest in our children, rebuild our pride and be who we were meant to be at our begin-ning. Stubbornness and posturing only slows the inevitable like procrastina-tion. Your homework will still be there Sunday evening, so why not get it done Friday night. Get the job done and do it quickly so we can mend. Politicians need to move quickly so we can solve our problems and begin rebirth. Now.

Sooner or later we must wean ourselves off the military-industrial complex that has become so deeply woven into the fabric of our society. The only way to cut it free is by slow and painful reallocation and repurpose. Our focus must shift to infrastructure and domain and away from intervention and aggression. This is not an opinion. This is a universal reality that is spelled out in the logic of the universe. To every thing there is a season…and so on.

As 2013 comes to an end and we see the distance we have traveled, we can also see how much more we have to do. The great “end of the world” touted by the Mayan calendar is simply a sensationalized headline-grabbing phrase that spins fear and panic. The “end of the world” is simply an end to the way we have lived. War, destruction, ego and greed must – and will – dissipate and make way for the new. Our roof is leaking and we must repair it. “As the great wheel turns, we are best prepared when we are best informed.”

2009 was a big year for me. Tobias left. My mom died. I reconnected with the high school sweetheart I would later

marry. And it was the year I chose to let my soul run my life.

I think it was in the spring. And I think I was sitting at Starbucks. My mom had just passed and I was wrapped in grief. Life felt very grim. I felt

as if I had not done a very good job running my life; and I decided it was my soul’s turn to try.

For me, this was a long and difficult process filled with a lot of fear, doubt, journaling and breathing. My ego/will/pride was not about to let go of its role as Protector From All Things Unknown. But I persisted, and today I feel a strong sense of connection with my Soul.

Then I learned there was a much easier way to connect with soul.

In 2007 at the Quantum Leap in Taos, New Mexico, Jonette Crowley had the same idea. She was reading “Destiny of Souls” by Dr. Michael Newton, PhD who wrote about past life regressions with his hypnosis clients. He discov-ered that some souls and some bodies had a difficult time merging. Jonette wondered if she might be struggling with the same problem. So she sat on her bed in the hotel room, felt into the energies and realized she wasn’t con-nected with her soul either! In her book “Soul Body Fusion” Jonette writes:

I would always prefer being a bitoverweightbuthappyandcomfortable inmyown skin and my own company than skinnyand lonely. (I do have much more balancedeatinghabitsnowsothereisstillhopeforthatonetomanifest!)

It is terrifying to face your soul. But why? You will have to give up the illusion that you are small, insignificant and don’t really matter. I know I took great comfort in hiding behind those illusions. But if we really are committed to embodied ascension, we can’t do it without our souls. This is step #1. And Jonette couldn’t have made it any easier.

One of my passions in life is “making it real.” Even when I was a kid grow-ing up in a very religious home with theological discussions a daily part of life, I still wanted it to make sense in “real life.” I needed all that dogma to have a practical application. Otherwise, what use was it? And I suppose I’m still that way, constantly wanting to take the

concepts shared by Adamus, Tobias and others into real life and put them to work. I want to see how they become real experience. Otherwise, what’s the point?

As everyone probably knows by now, Colorado was recently hit with a storm that produced flooding of “biblical proportion.” According to several sources, it was a “1,000 year flood.” In other words, that type of flood has 0.1% chance of happening in any given year. With the effects covering several hundred square miles along the front range of the Colorado Rockies, I found myself right in the middle of it all.

The rain started early Monday morning, as if someone had turned on the shower and forgot to turn it off. Rather than passing through after an hour or two as usual, the rain never stopped pouring for about four days. I told some-one that I was now living in the brand new “Colorado rainforest!” Then at 3:30 on Thursday morning I was awakened from deep sleep with an automated emergency phone call. The recording informed me that there had been flash flooding that had washed out portions of the highway and gas lines, that the gas was turned off, and we were advised to stay home – if it was safe. Oh, and this was not a drill!

Standing there trying to finish waking up and absorb the news, I heard a strange sound coming from the basement. I went downstairs and opened the door to see a roomful of murky water with paint cans, boxes, papers and other stuff floating in it. My heart sank as I realized the sump pump wasn’t on. Barefoot and getting cold, I waded into the water up to my knees, hop-ing not to get electrocuted as I fished around for the cord and switch. It was dangling just at water level. I took a deep breath and turned it on, thinking “If this is how I die, it’s not going to be a pretty sight for the recovery per-sonnel!” With a thrilling rumble the pump turned on and I waded back out, happy that I didn’t have to reach into the water and fiddle with the pump itself to get it working.

I crawled back into bed and lay there breathing, trying to absorb these

developments. With hubby away visiting family I was alone in the house, and I tried to wrap my head around what it all meant. Of course my appoint-ments that afternoon would have to be cancelled, and a lot of other things would take a back seat to dealing with the situation. It was all very exciting, if rather disorienting.

I got up again and went online. As the news unfolded, people were posting photos and videos of Boulder streets flowing with water. The creek through the city was running at ten times its usual capacity and was far beyond its banks. As communities around the area woke up in this new and still unfolding reality, it was all very capti-vating, and I got very little of anything else done for the next few days.

What was interesting to notice was how it all unfold-ed within me. When it was bedtime Thursday night and I finally tore myself away from all the news, it dawned on me that I was frightened to go to bed. Huh?? Since when am I scared to go to sleep? I was baffled. Then it hit me. An aspect had been cre-ated just hours before – an aspect that had been sud-denly awakened to harsh news, an aspect that didn’t want to go back to sleep for fear of it happening again, an aspect that had gotten stuck and was already influencing my experience. Well, as Tobias says in the Aspectology School, awareness is the first and most important step. As soon as I realized where the fear was coming from, I breathed it in and went to sleep in total peace.

What a privilege to recognize aspects as they are created, almost in real time! It sure seemed to make the integration a lot easier. But what about other aspects that were created a long time ago? It’s actually not much different. Any time something comes up that doesn’t feel sovereign, peaceful, content, or however else Iwant to feel as a Master, all I need to do is recognize that it’snotme. It’s an aspect, and it doesn’t matter where it came from or how long it’s been there. I can still breathe it in and then make the choices I want to withoutits control or influence.

Of course, watching all the news reports of homes, cars and even people being washed away, I wondered about my own mortality. I was pretty sure my

house was not in danger of washing away, but what if something unforeseen went drastically wrong? What if it collapsed on me, as happened to someone else? What if…? In the middle of the night when it’s dark and cold and the energies are flying, the possibilities seem endless. What if something “really bad” happened to me?

Well, I’ve learned that when you ask a question, the answer appears almost as fast – if you’re listening. And sure enough, the answer was right there: “So what? Istillexist.”

In fact at one point, trudging up the stairs with another load of soggy gar-bage, I actually asked Adamus, “What’s going on? What do I need to remem-ber in all this?” His answer was brief and simple. “You’ve been through this before. You’ve faced much worse calamities than this, some of which even killed you, and yet hereyouare. There isnothingto fear.”

I took a deep breath. He’s right. I exist! I always have and I always will. All this chaos is just another experience, another exciting tale to add to the stories of my lives. I may as well experience it fully! Somehow remembering Iexist made everything okay. Of course my human self soon got tired of it all, wanting the heat back on, the road to be fixed, the basement to hurry up and dry, and all that. But all that human weariness, that’san experience too, and something the soul relishes as much as all the excitement.

As I’m writing this I receive an email from someone about the children of Syria, inviting me to help and support them. Seeing the photos of so much suffering and pain I wonder what right I have to talk about my small little challenges. But then I realize that what is true for me is also true for them. It is true for everyone who is facing life on Earth. I exist. You exist, and you and you and you. We all exist, and we signed up for this crazy ride called human life. Yes it’s intense. Yes sometimes it hurts. Yes we can forget that it doesn’t really matter. But in the end, our existence is all that’s real.

And somehow, when I remember that it adds a preciousness to life that might not be there if I thought it really mattered, because I would be too caught up in its seriousness and tragedy. But these experiences areprecious beyond words. It’s like a luscious and intense dream that you don’t want to wake up from. When you feel the pull of wakefulness, those last few moments are the most precious of all because you know they are so fleeting. The wis-dom and the memory is all you bring back because the experiences and feel-ings are gone in a breath.

All these moments of our lives – no matter how wonderful or chaotic, peace-ful or painful, clear or confusing – theyare more precious than ever because we arewaking up. The dream is beginning to fade and we’re beginning to realize what a precious gift it was, even when it did get washed away or blasted to smithereens.

I exist. Nothing else reallymatters. Andthat is more than just a concept. It’s what is really real.
