Product Description Application

1 DALMAL 81 Magnesia-spinel brick made on the basis of high-density sintered periclase, produced by burning of natural magnesite in high-temperature shaft kiln, and on the basis of fused aluminium-magnesium spinel. The compound is burnt at the temperature of more than 1660°C and has excellent service characteristics. High-refractory pericalse with low content of impurities, which is a main constituent of the compound, ensures higher resistance of the refractory against thermomechanical loads and guarantees high abrasion resistance. Composition and structure of the refractory enable formation of protective coating with controlled thickness.

DALMAL 81 is for linings of rotary kiln sintering zones in cement industry.

2 DALMAL 82 Magnesia-spinel brick made on the basis of high-density sintered periclase (MgO>95,5%), which is produced by burning of natural megnesite in high-temperature shaft kilns, and on the basis of fused aluminium-magnesium spinel in combination with high-quality composite matrix. Bricks, which are burnt at the temperature of up to 1700 °C have an excellent service characteristics. Incre ased amount of direct bonds of "periclase-periclase" type in the matrix and availability of additives, which enable controlled secondary spinel formation during burning process - all these provide to the refractory high resistance against variation of oxidation (reduction) medium and aggressive impact of cement clinker substances. Formed structure of the refractory provides to its abrasion resistance, high level of protection against thermomechanical loads at the lowered tendency towards clinker components permeability.

DALMAL 82 is for linings of sintering zone and transition zones of rotary kilns in cement industry.

3 DALMAL 86 AF Refractory brick of periclase -spinel composition, manufactured on the base of fused MA-spinel, hard-sintered magnesia-clinker, with an increased percentage of high-purity (MgO≥98,0%) periclase powder. The product is characteristic by prevailing in its structure of small and medium pores, which predispose it to lower gas – permeability. Brick is characteristic by high resistance against chemical corrosion effects from active cement clinker melt and by very high resistance against spallings.

DALMAL 86 AF is indicated mostly for applications in linings of transition zones of cement rotary kilns.

4 DALMAL 86 E Refractory brick of periclase-spinel composition, manufactured on the base of fused MA-spinel, hard-sintered magnesia-clinker, with high percentage of high-purity (MgO≥98,0%) periclase powder. The brick is characteristic by its high resistance against chemical corrosion effects from active cement clinker melt and by high resistance against spallings. The increased numbers of direct bonds periclase-to-periclase in the structure and the presence of composition MgOAl2O3, provides to the product resistance against modifications of acidity-regainig environment and against the aggressive influence of cement clinker melt. Highly-refractory components with low contents of impurity-oxides provide to the product resistance against abrasivity and a high resistance against thermo-mechanical loads.

DALMAL 86 E is indicated mostly for applications in linings of transition zones of cement rotary kilns.

5 DALMAL 86 N Refractory brick of periclase-spinel composition, manufactured on the base of fused MA-spinel, hard-sintered magnesia-clinker, high-purity (MgO≥98,0%) periclase powder. A highly-refractory periclase with low percentage of impurities , representing a pricipal composite of product structure provides to the product high resistance capacity against thermo-mechanical loads.

DALMAL 86 N is indicated mostly for applications in linings of transition zones of cement rotary kilns.
