NOTE: When working the fair isle pattern, make sure to loosely strand the unused color across the back of the work to maintain an even tension. If necessary change to larger size needles then make sure to change back to the smaller needles after completing the chart.

ARMWARMERSWith double pointed.needles and A, cast on 32 sts. Place marker for beginning of round and join to work in the round.Rnds 1-12 Work k2, p2 rib to end.

Rnds 13 and 14 Knit.Work 27 Rnds of Fair Isle chart.With A, knit 3 rnds.Divide for ThumbRow 1 With A, k1, p1, knit to last 2 sts, p1, k1. Remove marker and turn work. Work back and forth in rnds.Row 2 (WS) P1, k1, purl to last 2 sts, k1, p1.Rows 3-7 Rep Rows 1 and 2 two more times, then work Row 1 once more.Place marker and resume working in the rnd.Work k2, p2 rib for 8 rnds.Bind off in rib.Weave in ends.
