SUNS IN SHANGHAI DELEGATION PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.0 DEFINITIONS:

Client - means the party name as the “company name” on the application form attached to these terms and conditions;

GCFC - means GCFC Limited ABN 47 144 555 822

LT - means Letz Travel Pty Ltd ABN

2.0 AGREEMENT:

2.1 By making the payment the client acknowledges and accepts that they are to be bound to and will abide by these terms and conditions.

2.2 Allocation of the SUNS in Shanghai Business Delegation package is subject at all times to availability. If the Package is not available the prospective Client will be advised and if not suitable alternative be found the Client will not be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.3 GCFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

2.4 GCFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any Client’s Packages without refund if the Client is in breach of these terms and conditions.

3.0 APPLICATION AND PAYMENT:

3.1 Payment of the invoice in full is required on return of the booking form.

3.2 GCFC cannot guarantee the availability of Packages if condition 3.1 above is not satisfied.

3.3 No booking is confirmed until full payment has been received.

3.4 GCFC reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse any booking or application for a Package.

3.5 A 2.8% surcharge will apply to payments using AMEX.

3.6 In the event of purchaser cancellation, a full forfeit of the fee will occur.
