•Full fledged, updated website for the SGS
•Twitter handles and web links to have a better link with the alumni
•Developing Android App for SGS
•Effective communication through an established Facebook page and Whatsapp groups.

•All official meetings chaired by SGS to be in English
•Promoting peer coaching and LLA aid for the non English medium students
•Resume building and other pre placement activities to be carried out for those in 6th semester

• Breaking the conventional practices, giving space and exposure to all those with a passion in Photography
• Arranging photo-shoot trekking, permission to cover all the happenings in the campus by our won students.
• Partnering with renowned establishments.

Intra College Symposium
•Intra college techno cultural fest for MCETians
•Could be conducted by the Final years with Department Associations and Clubs under three categories – Technical, Literature and Art
•The objective is to showcase the dynamism of MCET by providing them a platform to perform, giving our students the first priority.

Students’ Magazine
•An online report vision recording all the student related affairs within the Campus
•Building a good editorial team aligned with photographers, content writers, achievers within the student circle and drafting a final annual copy of the same
•A student run magazine with its own logo, caption and good standard.

•Providing exposure to the students by bringing in achievers to the campus.
•Informal “Chai pe charcha” model dialogue to break the barriers prevailing.
•Providing opportunities for fellow students to pursue their passion independently. .
