Other times, you may want to search for a document by name or even just a term that you think appears in the document. In this case you can use the Query Box in OneDrive for Business to search for:
Documents in your OneDrive for Business. Documents that someone has shared with you. Documents that are stored on a site that you follow.

Discover new information on your home page Get back to your own documents on your page(Me). Find information about other people in your organization Find information related to a subject through boards. Find people and information using search.
Documents safety and sharing:
Check who can see your documents and attachments. Or who can see documents on board. Sharing documents with others. Keep your document private. Turn off or on delve.

Home: Documents and videos which are most likely to be interesting to you right now.
Me: Documents you have recently modified or created, under activity or view profile or edit in Profile section.
People : See their latest activity or their profile Boards: To see board documents.
Type of contents:
Email attachments Videos from Office 365 videos Links to webpages from Yammer groups
Make your desktop folders show up in delve.
20 Using content cards:
Top part is activity area. Favorite section on hovering the card. Title on the card is the key to search. Picture on the card is extracted from documents. For videos, click or tap card to play videos in Office 365 videos. Blue link tells where document is stored. To send a link of that document, click on mail icon. To see or change the sharing, click on who can see his icon. To post a document on Yammer, click on Yammer icon. Bottom part shows which board the card has been added to. Paper clip shows that document is an email attachment.
