The ‘Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Bill’ which was passed by both the houses of parliament has got the assent of the President of India and was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-I dated 23rd April, 2013 as Act No. 14 of 2013. The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 has come in to force w.e.f date of its publication in the Gazette i.e., 23/04/2013.TRANSCRIPT
