FEDERAL SURVEYSOn Monday, October 1, 2019, your child brought home a Federal Impact Aid Survey form. Please assist us by filling out the information requested on the form and return it to Severn Elementary School. This enables our school to receive federal funding! Thank you.

Emergency Contact InformationBased on the safety and security

needs of all students, permission is required from a parent or legal

guardian for a child to be picked up by another adult in a non-emergency situation, i.e., Doctors or Dentists

appointments, etc., even though this person may be listed on your

emergency contact form. Please provide notice to the teacher, in

writing, in the event that someone other than a parent or legal guardian will be picking up your child on that

specific date. Thank you for helping us keep your children safe!
