Ensure that all personnel have checked into DTS and have accurate contact information into the system to include hotel, rental andissued phone information. For all those working out in the field ensure that you are staying hydrated, remain situationally aware oflocal wildlife fleeing the flood waters to include snakes. Avoid flood waters both on foot and in your vehicle. Obey all traffic laws whiletraveling and be sure to check in and out with your supervisor for accountability and the beginning and end of each day.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster

declaration for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA-4438-DR), dated
