Welcome Friend

I know your time is precious and because time is very important to me too, I have

written this book in a concise, clear, easy to do way, offering highly effective tools to raise your vibration to attract what you want into your life.

Let us start

Why would you want to Raise Your Vibration?

If you are a student of the Law of Attraction, or have watched the film THE SECRET,

you already know that everything is energy, and that we all have a level at which we

vibrate, and that impacts what we attract into our lives. Abundance in its total term, including not only money and wealth but also great relationships, peace in your heart, and fulfillment; all of this is yours once your are vibrating at high levels to attract

abundance, technically is being in congruence with the vibrations of abundance.

It may sound complicated at the beginning, but it is simple. If you are happy, have forgiven yourself and others, feel grateful for all that you have, accept yourself and others, then you are vibrating at a high level, and thus you can attract good things into

your life.

Dr. David Hawkins explained the concept of vibrating at differing levels, in his book

POWER VS. FORCE : THE HIDDEN DETERMINANTS OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR. Dr. Hawkins

developed a scale, where he assigned values to different emotions, ranging from 0-1000. Emotions such as love and acceptance have high values of 500 and 350 respectively, and emotions such as shame, guilt, or fear have vibrations that have low

values of 20, 30, and 100 respectively.

This scale by putting numbers on the emotions clarifies how negative emotions affect our lives. Hence we understand the significance of our emotional state, which is an essential determinant of what we attract into our lives, in terms of relationships,

wealth, and happiness.

The important thing is, we attract situations and people into our lives which resonate

with our vibration. So, if I am angry, or resentful or fearful, then I will be vibrating at a low level, and I would only attract into my life things that match that vibration. This

means the more miserable and angry and resentful I get, the more I attract “misery and anger” situations. The conclusion is that I will not be attracting any of the

good things I want into my life as long as I resonate at that level.

This could feel like a dilemma, and you are probably asking “How do I break this

vicious circle?”

Raise Your Vibration It may look difficult, or you don’t know where to start, or how to do it, and maybe you have started on processes that were complicated, or took too long, or did not really work. You may have spent hundreds of dollars trying to figure out how is it

that others get what they want easily, and you don’t.

Don’t despair. You just have to know that you need to release negative emotions and get your mind and body to see all the good things in your life, consequently that you feel good, and your emotions become positive ones, therefore you move up the scale in energy vibrations and hence great things start to resonate with you. Once you get into that cycle, good things happen, and that puts you in a good vibration, and the more you maintain your vibrations at a high level, the more you attract what you want in your life.

Magic Wand There are a number of ways we can raise our vibrations, and it is so easy once you understand how it all works, it feels like Magic.

I believe in KISS-Keep It Short and Simple. I don’t want you to spend weeks reading a huge book explaining hard to grasp concepts, or give you too many tools that will probably confuse you, or give you processes that take too much

time to do, because you will probably quit before you see any real results.

I have synthesized all my knowledge, and chosen the best, easiest and most effective ways to raise your vibrations and summarized them in this concise guide. When you follow these 7 ways you are sure to see results fast—I mean as fast as from the first day, and if you keep if you make sure to raise your vibration

for 40 consecutive days, you will be pleasantly surprised.

You see, I want you to keep your vibrations up every day, and that is why I wrote

this book, to make sure you have the simple tools, that take little time and effort.

I. Gratitude Daily Gratitude is a practice that by itself brings great results. Gratitude is easy to do, and I will share the most effective ways that I personally use, and have recommended to thousands and thousands of people. Gratitude is one of the best ways to raise your vibrations. It is a high frequency emotion, and it activates your Reticular Activating System (RAS), which is the part of your brain that sieves through the huge amount of information that flows in, and tells you what to focus on. When we practice gratitude, our mind learns to focus more and more on all the good things in our lives. Gratitude is one of the recommendations and stipulations by all religions and spiritual practices. It has been around for thousands of years and IT WORKS. You can practice Gratitude in many ways, but I highly recommend the following:

Gratitude Book This is so simple. Start Now. Get a notebook, any notebook, one that makes you feel good when you pick it up, one you like, and start writing 5 things that you

are thankful for every day. Any five things. Do this every single day.

In the beginning you may think, I don’t have that many things to thank about , or I will run out of things to write, or, “why do I have to do it every day?”, or “how is

this going to change anything?”

I will answer your questions here.

Where do I get 5 things a day?

Any 5 things; it could be:

I am thankful, for my bed, actually my warm bed.

I am thankful, I have food in my fridge.

I am thankful, I have a job.

I am thankful, that I have a car.

I am thankful, I am able to get out of bed.

See? That was easy.

As you progress in this, you will find that you start to recognize more and more,

how many great things are in your life.

Now repeat that day 2, day 3 and keep going. I advise you to do it at a set time of day, so it becomes a habit. I also advise you to do it in hand writing. There is something about writing by hand that makes it sink in more. If you prefer to type

it on your computer, that is fine too.

I suggest you stick to 5 things, but if you feel inspired and so grateful, feel free to write more, I have often filled 2-3 pages of gratitude.

I might run out of things to write.

I assure you, this is not going to happen. Firstly, because there are many great things going on in your life now, no matter what is happening.

Secondly, you start to recognize the beautiful park near you, and the beautiful aroma from your neighbor’s garden, and the nice lady with the little dog who always says “Good Morning”, and how nice to have such a nice mail man, and the young man at the supermarket who helps you pack your groceries, and the fact that your Mom always ends her conversation with “I love YOU”, and how your friend lent you money without asking, and much more. I know you have many wonderful gifts in your life.

Thirdly, the more you recognize the goodies in your life, the more you see of them, and the more you begin to feel appreciation and deep gratitude for everything around you.

How do I know YOU will always have things to be grateful for ?

Because I too wondered when I started my gratitude book “What am I going to write?, I mean I am thankful for my family and health and home and work, but what else is there to fill 5 things a day?”. I assure you, every time I sit to write, something comes up, from something that happened during the day, from remembering to thank God for things that come up randomly, like the wonderful manger who taught me so much long ago, or for having running water, or gasoline, or the waiter today who was so pleasant, and made my outing even nicer, or that perfect parking space.

You see all of us take so much for granted; as if it’s the way it is supposed to be. I am supposed to have water, electricity, heat, transport, food, Internet, and more. But the truth is there are millions and millions of people whom getting water, and maybe some food, is their ultimate goal for the day. So, I am grateful,

appreciative and so thankful for the gifts that I may be taking for granted.

What happens when I keep a Gratitude Book?

The first thing that happens is that you recognize the abundance you have. Even if you have bills, are in debt, or you are feeling low because you don’t like your job, or you don’t have a partner; you still see how lucky you are because you

have many, many other things.

The second thing is that you feel blessed and rich, and therefore you start to vibrate at a higher frequency. Your higher vibrations attract more good into your

life and it becomes a great cycle.

Great Use for Gratitude Book Whenever you feel low, sad, or beaten, just open up the book and start reading. It works as a great reminder of all the good times, and wealth you have. Your mind will wander and see all abundance you have, and since the mind does not know reality from imagination, it will start to believe what it read, as your current reality, as if you are actually living it now, and your mood will change and your vibrations will be higher.

“We cannot solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” Einstein

As your mood lightens, you find yourself clearer, you can think better, and you are more creative, and hence solutions, or new perspectives on the problem or issue that was affecting your mood, are brought forward and you have better

ways to address the issue.

And so, as you can see, gratitude is actually going to help you in addressing the problems or issues causing your unhappiness, so that one by one you create the life you desire.

II. Practice Positivity Practice positivity. Practice positivity till positivity becomes your nature. YESS!! I said practice, because it will take practice and intentional conscious decisions to be positive no matter what is happening around you.

I know there is much talk about being positive, and staying positive and seeing the

glass half full rather than half empty, but how do we do that? First let us start by defining positivity, and then finding ways to be more positive.

What Is Positivity Positivity is a mental attitude of expecting good things to happen, finding good in whatever happens, and purposefully looking at all perspectives to recognize the positive angles of the negative situation.

Being positive is hard, but it is the only way, since in continuing the negative

thoughts, things get worse, and we get more upset, and the more we think negatively, the more the thoughts stick around and “grow”.

“Cells that fire together, wire together”

This means that the more you think in a certain way, the more the thought is embedded in your brain, so the sooner we stop those negative thoughts the better.

Not only can you stop those thoughts, and keep stopping them, you can actually change the thoughts to positive ones, and actually it is as if you are rewiring your

brain.

Do you believe now that being positive is a practice? Just like practicing the use of a new language, or a new sport, or any other skill you want to learn. By practicing you not only immediately benefit, but additionally you build a new way for the mind to think.

So practice, practice, and practice. Practice every time your mind goes to a negative thought, by consciously telling yourself, NO!!! Stop That!! Stop thinking that way!! Stop catastrophising!! Stop personalizing!! Stop predicting.

Just Say “(Put your Name Here) Stop That!!”

And insist to stop for a few seconds and reflect on how there could be anything good about the situation. Train yourself to do that, just stop the thought and

consciously bring up a positive thought.

In the beginning it will be hard, and you will have to stop many times during the day, especially if you tend to be a pessimist, and always fear the worst, and think the worst of others, and of situations.

In time, I promise you, and I guarantee you, it gets easier, and after a while it becomes automatic, and the number of negative thoughts decreases. And I am not saying years, or many months, I am saying within a week you will see a

difference.

Why Be Positive?

When you are more positive, something happens, as if the world changes. People

seem nicer, things get done better, and overall you seem to be happier.

In fact, our decisions on how we look at things, and how we see the world matters.

“One of the major decisions one makes in life is: Do I live in a friendly or hostile world?” Albert Einstein

So you see, it’s a choice, and it is YOUR CHOICE.

And that choice impacts your life, how you feel, how you interpret situations, and how you handle issues. It impacts your happiness, your health and wellness and

abundance.

I would like to add here, the following saying, which sums up how important our thoughts are in affecting our reality:

Watch your thoughts, they become words.

Watch your words, they become actions. Watch your actions, they become habits.

Watch your habits, they become your character. Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

YOUR THOUGHTS YOUR DESTINY

Impact of Positivity Your attitude will change. You will be happier and calmer because you have

changed your view of life, and now see a brighter world.

Others attitudes will also change. Positivity is contagious. Others will treat you differently, the rude boss suddenly is nicer, you may find more people offering to help you, or say and do nice things for you, and people close to you become more positive. It is as if your whole environment changes, all just because you have decided to see the good. Your health will also improve, as you become less prone to notice the negative in situations and are less stressed.

You will attract more of what you want, because the Law of Attraction works all the time, and now it works to attract more of what you believe and see.

III. Do Something You Like This is an easy and fun way to raise your vibrations. Every time you do something you enjoy, your soul sings, and you are happy, and automatically you raise your vibration. It is simple and easy. The problem is sometimes we don’t give ourselves that gift. We think we have to work all the time, or we keep ourselves very busy with life’s demands, and forget to play and enjoy ourselves. If that is your situation, take a few minutes and reconsider some of your “must do” on your list. Check what can be delegated, or combined, or exchanged for

something else, or just plain dropped off your list.

We often have many “shoulds” that we impose on ourselves and fill all our time. When in fact, some of these “should” are not important to us, and are often someone else’s “shoulds”. Check within what is really important to you and

mange your time well.

It is important to find time daily to do things you like and enjoy. This could be having a cup of tea in peace, listening to your favorite singer, watching a comedy, reading inspirations, playing your favorite sport, working on your hobby, or whatever makes you happy and smiling.

You can start with some simple 2 or 3 minutes of fun. I suggest finding a few minutes in the morning to do one or more of these, as they change the mood, are fast, and this sets the tone for the day.

Watch comedies

And if you can squeeze another 30 minutes of fun in your day, that would be great too. Or even try twice or three times a week to do something you love. Don’t forget yourself and become a robot of doing all the “shoulds”, and make sure your “should” are actually “wants”.

Remember, it is your life, and you create it. Everything you enjoy will raise your vibrations; make sure you include some fun daily.

IV. Affirmations Affirmations are short, positive statements that are repeated several times daily, either verbally, or hearing it in or writing them. Affirmations are very powerful, as in repetition your thoughts change. You can use affirmations for any issue you want to change. You can affirm good health, wealth, a great relationship, having a great job, whatever you want to create in your life.

To create an affirmation, create a short present tense statement of what you want in your life, and write it out or record it.

Once you have your affirmations, be consistent in repeating them several times daily for at least 30 days, or till the affirmation becomes a fact. In saying affirmations in the present tense it is as if it is already happening and you are stating a fact. Once the mind hears it though your repetitions, in time it believes it, and the affirmation influences your attitude and behavior.

I have chosen some very effective affirmations that work on core beliefs of being loved and feeling worthy of everything you want. These affirmations will change the way you feel about yourself, and allow you to be open to receiving.

I totally and completely love and accept myself I deserve the very best that life has to offer I am successful in everything I do Everything in my life is easy Everyday in every way, my life is getting better and better

You can also create very specific affirmations, such as:

I love my job, it is satisfying and rewards me well I am thankful that I now live in a house I love I am grateful I have a great relationship with my partner I am so thankful for the success of my book The best thing is to create your very own affirmations. What is important is that you stick to it for 30 days, and be relaxed, don’t keep watching for the results. It will come. Just Let Go and Let God do the rest.

V. Good Deeds Make it a habit to do a good deed daily. This could be giving a few dollars, helping someone cross the road, holding the door for others, or a smile.

Giving, and serving others, releases the “feel good” hormones in the body, serotonin. Not only that, science has shown that even watching someone do a good deed releases serotonin in our own bodies. Serotonin is released in the giver, receiver and observer of good deeds. Imagine how many people’s vibrations will be raised, as we are all one, and are affected by each other’s

energy.

By practicing giving, I serve others and myself, and make the whole world a better place.

I am going to suggest here a really simple good deed. Give smiles. YES, a smile is a good deed. A smile not only affects the person who got it, but many others too. Try it, when you smile, people smile back and not only are you raising your vibrations, you raise theirs, and they go on to raise other people’s vibrations, and it’s a huge ripple of higher vibrations in the world.

Make sure to give something every day.

VI. Ho’oponopono Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian process of forgiveness. The word Ho’oponopono means to “make right”, to put things back right, to amend, and to correct and to adjust, and rectify. It is to make right with all the people in our lives and with our

ancestors.

This practice has been used for years by Hawaiians for reconciliation in homes

and to bring peace into the community.

Recently Ho’oponopono has become known as a healing prayer since Ihaleakala He Len, and Joe Vitale wrote about it in their book Zero Point. What is great about it, is it is very simple, a child can learn it, and at the same time it is highly effective.

The Process

1. Bring to mind a person or situation that upsets you.

2. Imagine the Person in front of you.

3. State the statements below several times

I Love You Thank You

While it may be hard in the beginning to say the 4 statements to someone who has wronged you, still it is recommended that you do that, as in this forgiveness process you will not only forgive them, you will release your own low energy of hate, anger, sadness and other negative feelings.

4. Imagine the person again

5. Keep doing the process (over days if needed) till when you look at them you don’t feel any negative emotions.

That is the basic process, it is simple, it is easy and it works great.

Of course, many people have added modifications to the process, by adding meditative music, or singing the statements, or adding their own healing process to it.

How Is That Going to Raise My Vibrations

Ho’oponopono works miracles, and in time you will find your anger released, you will be relieved, and miraculously you will find you have more compassion for those who have wronged you. You will also come to realize that no matter what the person has done to you, actually everyone is doing their best with the resources they have at

that time.

Forgiveness and letting go of all that negative energy and emotions, means your vibrations are back up where they should be. It means you have let go of those low

vibrations and now can vibrate in gratitude, in happiness, in love, and other great energies.

Ho’oponopono has helped hundreds of thousands of people and I personally have

used it and have recommended it to many of my clients and always get great results.

VII. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Keeping negative emotions makes you feel bad. When you criticize or speak negatively to someone, or feel angry or resentful, or feel hate, your own feelings are affected. You feel low, you feel you don’t have energy, you feel physical unease. Not only those negative feelings about others, but also negative feelings about yourself such as guilt, self criticism, and self blame will put you in a low state, which is a low vibration.

Likewise, fear is a low vibration emotion. If you are living in fear of not having enough money, never finding a partner, someone hurting you, the world burning down or whatever, then you are in fear mode. Obviously if you are worried, you

will not be happy.

In short, when we hold many negative feelings and fears in our minds and bodies, then we are continuously in low vibration. In that state we resonate with other low vibration situations, and hence we cannot attract good situations, kind people, wealth or abundance into our lives.

Knowing this, you need to consciously, and deliberately let go of everything that lowers your vibration, so you too can vibrate at higher levels, and start to attract abundance into your life, in the form of good relationships, happiness, and money.

YOU MUST RELEASE IT!!!

The best tool I know to easily, gently, effectively, and speedily release negative emotions is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Emotional Freedom Techniques is a releasing and clearing technique that is often called tapping or

acupuncture for the emotions.

It is based on the old Chinese medicine system of meridians and acu-points, and based on the idea that negative emotions create energy blockages in our bodies, which create internal stress on the body. These blockages are the main cause for low vibrations. Not only that, ultimately these negative emotions and blockages

lead to diseases.

Release Using EFT

Every time you feel any negative emotion such as sadness, anger, jealousy, resentment, fear, guilt, hate, or anything that does not feel good, use EFT to release it. The process is easy; just follow the EFT How To Tap Guide below.

Super Quick Raise Your Vibration Magic

Use them when faced with a stressful situation. You only need one, but of course you are welcome to doing as many as you like. How To Tap Guide

The Short Cut Version

Learning the mechanics of EFT is easy. There are four parts to the EFT technique.

I. Identify the problem or issue—BE SPECIFIC

Instead of “This pain in my knee”- “I have a stabbing pain in my knee”. The keyword here is “stabbing”

I am upset that Dad yelled at me-I am furious that dad yelled at me

I have this fear of bees- I am afraid of bees stinging me

The more specific, the better the result

II. Rate it: How much does it bother you from 0 – 10.

0 is no problem at all and 10 is extremely painful or extremely upset.

III. Set Up: Create as Set Up statement that is like this: “Even though-----(THE ISSUE/OR PAIN)-----I totally and completely love and accept myself. So in our case:

“Even though I have a stabbing pain in my knee I totally and completely love and accept myself.”

IV. Reminder statement:

Note the painful issue you are dealing with. In our case: pain in my knee—this is your reminder statement.

IV. Tap.

EFT SEQUENCE

(1 Round)

I. Set Up: Tap on the edge of your palm, between the small finger and wrist (where you would chop a karate board, and is often referred to as the “Karate Chop” with all

4 fingers of the other hand while saying the set up statement 3 times.

"Even though I have this stabbing pain in my knee, I deeply and completely accept myself." Repeat 3 times.

Note: At times it is difficult, or impossible to say “I love and accept myself”, you can

use: “I’m OK”, or “I want to accept myself” or “I choose to accept myself”.

This set up is very important and assures you that no matter what the issue is, YOU are OK.

II. Tapping: there are 8 points in the sequence: Tapping means gently using first

and second finger to gently tap, as if tapping on a table. In tapping it is best to follow the sequence starting with the face, and then the body. (See diagram below). While

tapping each point repeat the reminder statement (preferably out loud), 6-8 times. In our case the reminder statement is: “this pain in my shoulder”-- will be repeated as we tap all the points.

Eye Brow (EB) On the beginning of the hair on the eyebrow

Side of Eye (SE) On outer corner of eye –not way out on temple

Under Eye (UE) Right under eyeball if you look straight.

Under Nose (UN) In the center

Chin (CH) In the groove

Collar Bone (CB) 2 inches under collar bone (where a man would have knot of his tie) and move 2.5 cm (1 inch) to either side of body.

Under Arm (UA) As if there is a seam on side of body, and 4 fingers under the

arm. Use 4 fingers to tap here.

Top of Head (TH) Using all fingers gently tap the frontal area. If you put your thumbs on beginning of your ears and go upward toward head, that is the area, and tap

lightly all around with all fingers.

THIS IS 1 ROUND

Do this tapping sequence 2 rounds.

Stop. TAKE A DEEP BREATH. And again RATE it: i.e. check how much it’s bothering you from 0-10.

Often the original issue is GONE, or the pain may have decreased from the original rating to something lower.

Repeat the process but add “this remaining (pain, sadness, whatever)” to acknowledge that it has changed, but still remains not totally cleared. You may also need to change the set up statement. For example: “I am angry with my dad”, may feel more like “I am sad because my dad………” i.e, the emotion changed. So we work next with that as a set up statement and start the process as above.

Determine the issue--Rate It--Set up statement--Reminder statement--Sequence.

Check again by rating the pain, or the feeling.

Keep doing this, till the intensity of the feeling is gone or very low—i.e. a 1 or 2.

Also at times you will find the physical pain moving from one part of your body to

another. That is ok. Just keep tapping.

And don’t worry you cannot hurt yourself, and this is a very forgiving techniques so you cannot do it wrong.

While working on emotional issues, at times the emotions shift, or you have a thought or an event come up in your mind, that issue/event/thought is related to your emotion

in some way. In EFT we call these Aspects. As we all know we are not linear in our thinking and emotions, so an issue usually has a number of aspects, (you may be

angry at Dad, but also sad that he does not understand you, and frustrated that you cannot explain your point of view to him. In all cases, just remember whatever comes up for you, and work on it too, either now, or at a later time. This aspect too needs to

be cleared up.

Setup Statement: Even though …..........I totally and completely love and accept myself.

General Guidelines

-Always drink water while tapping

-Make sure you Rate first, and Rate every 2 rounds or so.

-Watch your words, and write them down

-Tap what you feel or what comes to your mind

-If it looks deep, get help of a trained Practitioner (DON’T go where you DON’T BELONG)

-Feel safe. You cannot hurt yourself

ENJOY YOURSELF, you have started yourself healing journey
