WHO ARE WE?

Son Pacs is a state high school, with about 700 students...

…with very nice teachers!

HOW IS OUR SCHOOL?

Our classes are quite big and for a few years we’ve been using

smartboards.

We are ecological and we do certain activities which show us how to respect nature.

We are also very into sports.

We also do other activities such as film competitions

We have already won quite a few prizes

We promote solidarity by doing some activities to collect money for people who are in need.

At our school you can also do vocational studies such as car

mechanics, aviation maintenance, business studies

and electronics.

Our school now offers the IB diploma

programme. Here you can see the first intake

of IB students.

Mathematics and Science High School "Ivan Vazov"

The school is located in the centre of theBulgarian town Dimitrovgrad.

It is a municipal secondary school providing extensive education in the field of foreign languages,

mathematics, informatics, IT and science.

Our students have prizes in the field of science and they have won National and International competitions.

We have worked on some successful projects organized by the British Council.

Five years ago we got involved in a successful Comenius project entitled “Wonders of Geology” and our National Agency gave us a prize for this project. It was on the list of the most successful projects over the last ten years.
