WHEN THE WEEKEND COMES

Different Settings for our film

Page 2: Settings For The Opening Sequence

This is our first setting where we film Sam getting ready to meet his mates.

We chose this location because it’s easy access to our next scene, the bus stop.

This setting was chosen as when the camera films the house the audience are oblivious to who lives here which adds to the feeling of anyone can be a hooligan.

Typical housing for a young family.

This is where Sam will get on the bus stop to meet his mate.

This is a small walk from Sam’s house and the chosen music for the film will be played to get the feeling of a football hooligan film walking to the bus stop.

Match on action links the buses together from each bus stop.

This is where Sam will meet Owen, his mate, where they become more aggressive with each other.

This setting is where violence begins

We meet Kaan at this point where we turn into the small alley, this is where a fight breaks out.

This setting sets the theme of violence where the audience see the idea of football hooliganism begin.

This is where the audience see the football hooligans walk away from the fight and head to the pub.

The music that was played when Sam walked to the bus stop will be continued as the 3 boys walk to the pub in style!

This is where the film opening ends as the three football hooligans walk into the pub where the rest of their mates are waiting.

As they go through the door we will use match on action and shot reverse shot to end the film opening.
