Summary of Lesson Learned
• Don’t underestimate the resistance to change• Don’t believe everything you’re promised• Locate barriers then work around them• Crews need to feel part of a team• Knowledge of one job helps others• If maturity is an issue. Give them time before assigning
responsibility• Give new people a project…immediately!• Battle fear of uncertainly by grouping old and new
members• Start your revenue model ASAP • Network, network, network. (everyone loves to be on TV
so film them and they will support you!)
