The areas in blue are Stitch in the Ditch. The areas in black are completed using the patterns in this set. I believe that your quilt will lay better if you do the Stitch in the Ditch first then come back and fill in with these patterns.
The feathered cross can be run using the four basic parts (feathered cross, feathered cross side, feathered cross corner, feathered cross square).
When running the feathered cross I recommend finding the center of the quilting area and using that for placing your head to start.
For the feathered cross side & corner, I recommend you use an outside corner for placing your head to start.
The square and triangles can be run either by clicking for placement or using an outside corner.
I have included the feathered cross large and small triangles for persons with smaller thoat spaces and in the case of the quilt piecing not being square enough to run the basic parts.
If either of these pertain to you. You can run the feathered cross in areas of the corners and side and add the large and small triangles as needed. Once you have the sizing set it is a matter of rotating the pieces to fit on the proper side.
to get the proper height for the nozzle multiply the height of the border by .927
Then set the nozzle first. Caculate the border length and run with needle off to be sure you are in the right spot.
Statler can use upper right corner to set border and check for proper placement setting the head over the top nozzle edge. I have marked it with a red circle.

width I find the sizing of the triangle from placing and x in the center blocks in the irish chain. Then use that sizing to set the patterns in.
Once you have the correct size, the 'A' patterns can be set in, rotate the next pattern 180 degrees and connect the first at the circled area. If you use this as your start, it should line up.
Depending on where the irish chain ends on the sides, top and bottom, you may have to trim off excess on the outer edge.
You can use the 'B' patterns on all of the sides and bottom if your throat size is large enough.

I have displayed this with the leaf border 2 in the sashings also. You could either run them all the same direction, or alter the direction between rows.
That is of the way the quilt border is done, so I think it is consistant to do it with the sashings.

Only the "large circle crosshatch part 1" needs to be measured for setting. Measure in from the marked green pattern to the center of the border about 1 inch). Then measure from that point up 5/8ths of an inch. Mark this spot and using needle off, test run part 1. Once you have sew the first section of this circle, all of the following parts can be place using the point of the previous section. Remember, the parts must overlap, so work from the point inside the last point!

The corner piece sizing is obtained by multiplying the width of the rope segment by .95. Then
Then if you place a ruler along the meeting points of the rope, you should get the starting point for the corner. I would always use needle off to check the corner, before actually sewing it.
The rope sections should overlap the next border section (on the right edge) by just under .1% of the height of the rope.
