WHAT IS VISION RECOVERY? This time of year can be difficult for people, we want to help. On Thursday evenings around 7pm, (people usually arrive around 6:30pm) we hold a one hour-ish meeting for ANYONE who has a desire to recover from their addictions. This class is hosted here at Vision by Ron & Dawn Stewart. Ron is in the process of getting his degree in Social Work and has a certificate in Addiction Re-covery, he has been a part of this type of ministry in one way or another for 20 years. His wife Dawn runs our VIZKIDZ program and assists him in the recovery classes. We’d love to have you join in any time. There’s a confidential sign up sheet in the lobby.

P.O.W. MARCH 21 7am—10:00 P.O.W. is great in several ways… first, we get to have hundreds of people come to Vision and see our church. We also serve God through Vision by passing out veggies. The most im-portant thing though is that ALL the money Vision makes through P.O.W. is put directly into the Backpack Event at the end of summer that affords the less fortunate an opportunity to get FREE backpacks full of supplies, Bibles, clothing, shoes, haircuts and sports physicals. We even feed em’! The Backpack Event is one of the ways Vision is a Matt 25 church. To serve at P.O.W., sign up in the lobby. P.O.W. April. 21 * 7am—10:00.

HYGIENE FOR THE HOMELESS MATTHEW 25 We have a little project going here at Vision Church. We are trying to get hygiene products donated from stores, medical offices, hotels and now….YOU! If you can pick up travel size soap, shampoo, socks, snack bars, gum, water bottles and toothbrushes. We could also use gallon size Ziplock bags. Thanks for helping us.

UNVEILED BOOK CLUB Karen Tenace and Leanna Magelli will be hosting our new Unveiled Women’s Book club starting Saturday, April 14th at 2:30pm right here at Vision in the 222 room. Our flagship book is called “Free of Me” by Sharon Hodde Miller. Grab your book at the book store or on-line and be ready to discuss the first two chapters at our first meeting!
