Remembering the Shoah On April 24th, the RJC will be commemorating Yom HaShoah with a special program. If you (or a loved one) is a survivor of the Shoah, please let us know so that we can properly recognize and honor the survivors who live in our community. Please also help us compile a Yizkor Book in memory of all those who perished who were family members of our Riverdale community. Please contact uswith the name, age and town from which they came and a sentence or two about them. In this way, we will be able to create a virtual Yizkor book to ensure their names are not forgotten and enable an opportunity for younger family members to learn about grandparents, great-grandparents and other realtives during this very dark time in history .
