Intro 1 Intro  to  sustainability  and  circularity  transi0ons  –  Skype  call  

Understanding what a transition towards sustainability entails is the first step in the journey. Through a 1-hour Skype call I will introduce to you the concepts behind such process, including Back-Casting, Intrinsic Motivation, Stakeholder Dialogue and Systems’ thinking and we will discover together how this can be better address in your organization. Investment: EUR 150

Design 2 In-­‐house  workshop  on  Sustainability  Transi0ons  

Designing a process for Sustainability Transition requires deep knowledge about the organization, the tools and the skills required. Using a 10 hour workshop I will explain in detail the tools and skills required for implementing a transition process and we will design together a plan to implement it in your organization Investment: EUR 1500

   

Facilitation 3 Implemen0ng  sustainability  transi0on  design  -­‐  facilita0on  

Implementing a transformation process is a complex process that requires time. Multiple aspects of the organization have to be taken into account and special skills are required. I will help you facilitate every step of the way and make sure the method is adequately implemented in your organisation. Investment: EUR 200/hour

Sustainability transitions require a different approach, one based on the head, the hands and the heart.

Is not only about understanding, is about doing and

engaging.

Using methods such as back-casting, stakeholder dialogue and systems’ thinking I will help you understand, plan and

implement your own journey.
