As you step into our naturally refreshing sanctuary, you will be surrounded by 80-acres of botanical beauty and transported to a place of healthful restoration and relaxation.

We offer an assortment of treatments including massage, body treatments, foot treatments, holistic facial treatments, clinical facial treatments and waxing. You will be treated with ingredients and products that are natural, fresh and therapeutic.

Our spa features six spacious treatment rooms, a peaceful relaxation room and a spa boutique with skincare, bodycare, sun protection products, books, journals and home goods.

We believe in holistic, organic ingredients and products. You will find many organic, vegan, cruelty free options in our spa, as well as many local products.

Reservations may be made by phone, online, or in person at the spa. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are highly recommended to guarantee your preferred schedule. Moonstone Spa staffs both male and female therapists and we will accommodate your gender preference whenever possible. Guests with overnight packages that include spa credit should book services in advance by calling the spa directly. A valid credit card is required to reserve spa appointments.

Spa hours vary by season, please call the spa or check our website for current hours.

Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the spa. Children ages 12-15 must have an adult in the room during any spa treatment. Young adults between the ages 15-18 must be accompanied by an adult, but an adult does not have to be in the room during treatments.

ONLINE BOOKINGMoonstone Spa offers online booking for massage, body treatments, facials, foot treatments, waxing and add-on enhancements. Couples treatments can be booked online but please note, you must book two appointments at the

same treatment time with two separate providers. If you have trouble, please email or call us. We are happy to help you scheudle your couples treatment. In order to create the most relaxing experience, we do not offer online booking for our Spa Packages. Please call us directly at 503-874-2503.

CHECK INWe suggest arriving 15-20 minutes before your treatment, allowing time to check in and unwind. Prior to any spa service, you will be provided a spa robe, slippers and a non-locking cubby for use while enjoying the spa. We do not have a locker room and do not allow blow dryers to ensure we instill peace and quiet througout the spa. Please do not bring valuables to the spa. Any purse, wallet or valuables can be taken with you to your treatment room. Moonstone Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items or items left behind.

PEACE AND QUIETTreatments are always in progress. Please speak softly upon entering the spa. We ask that you please slience your cell phone before entering the spa and lower voices to a whisper to ensure all Moonstone Spa guests have a quiet, relaxing spa experience.

PAYMENT OPTIONSWe gladly accept cash, credit cards, gift certificates or room charges for overnight guests. Gratuities may be added to any of these payment options. Please let the desk attendant know if you would like to add gratuity as it is not included in the service.

Resort guests may have products and services billed to their room, and guests will be asked to fill out a short Room Charge slip as they leave the spa.

If using a gift certificate, please bring the paper copy of the certificate to your service. We cannot honor gift certificates without having the gift certificate number.

PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGESMoonstone Spa staff strive to find the best product matches possible for you. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchase, you may return it for store credit to Moonstone Spa with a receipt and within 14 days.

GIFT CERTIFICATESGift certificates are available for purchase. Gift certificates are non refundable, but can be transferred to another person or used for different services or for product. No exceptions.

If using a gift certificate, please bring the paper copy of the certificate to your service. We cannot honor gift certificates without having the gift certificate number.

24 HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICYYour appointment is happily anticipated and skillfully prepared. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. If 24 hours notice is not provided, we will charge your credit card 50% of the service(s) total value. If you are using a gift certificate, 50% of the service(s) total value will be retained from the gift certificate.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENTWe suggest arriving 15-20 minutes before your treatment, allowing you time to check in and unwind. Moonstone Spa has a set schedule with other guests scheduled following your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your appointment may be shortened. We will do our best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. However, please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the previously scheduled time.

Moonstone Spa’s most popular treatment due to it’s skin plumping and anti-aging results! Treatment begins with a purifying double cleanse ritual. A soft peel is applied to loosen dead skin cells and debris from deep within the pores. We follow this with the finest microdermabrasion equipment to draw impurities from the skin, resurface and reveal fresh glowing skin. LED light therapy is then used to stimulate cellular activity including the fibroblasts that produce collagen, which give the skin its plump look.
