7. Operation Instruction

Item Function Operation
1 Unlocking
Controller
Press + sign. The display will show 01. Use + and – sign to change the value to show
06. Pressure “Adjust” to unlock the system. The buzzer will sound once. The display
will show the current temperature. After the controller is unlocked, functions such as Set
temperature, Set internal parameters and Set alarm temperature can be accessed. All other
functions can be accessed directly.
2 Set
temperature
Step1: Press “Adjust”button to show the value of the current set temperature.
Step2: Press “+” or “-“ sign to increase or decrease the set value, the increment is 1 C.
Step3: If there is no further action in ten seconds, the control system will automatically
save the new settings and return to normal operation status. The display will no longer
flash the value.
3 Set internal
parameters
Step1: Press and hold “Adjust” button for ten seconds, the display will show “rd”.
Step2: Press “+ “ or “-“ sign to switch the codes for parameters.
Step3: Set the desired code then press “Adjust” again. The display will flash the current
value for that code.
Step4: Press “+” or “-“ sign to increase or decrease the current value.
Step5: Press “alarm “ button to return to the menu to select codes. Other selection can be
chosen.

Recorded
warmest and
coldest
temperatures
Step1: Simultaneously press “Adjust” and “+”buttons, display will show the warmest
temperature recorded. Releasing any one button will return to normal display.
Step2: Simultaneously press “Adjust” and “-”buttons, display will show the coldest
temperature recorded. Releasing any one button will return to normal display.
Note, each time “Adjust” button is pressed, control board will refresh the memory of
maximum and minimum records. New records will start automatically.

Step1: Simultaneously press “Alarm” and “+”buttons, display will show the upper alarm
temperature. Releasing any one button will return to normal display.
Step2: “Alarm” and “-”buttons, display will show the lower alarm temperature. Releasing
any one button will return to normal display.
6 Set alarm
temperature
Step1: Press and hold “Alarm” for ten seconds. Display will show “HA”.
Step2: Press “+” or “-“ to select the parameter code.
Step3: When a parameter code is chosen, press “Adjust” button to flash the code value.
Step4: Press “+” or “-“ to change the current value.
Step5: Press “Alarm” button to return to the menu to select other codes if necessary.

d. Specification of Special Functions
(1) Defrost Function
Scheduled Defrost
Condition to initiate: Set temperature must be greater than 0 C and accumulated operational time of compressor
is 8 hours.
Compressor status during defrost: Off
Condition to complete defrosting: When anyone of the following conditions is met:
(a) Cabinet temperature is warmer than 4 C
(b) Total defrost time reaches 15 minutes.
Note: If the set temperature is colder than 0 C, defrost process cannot be initiated.
(2) Safe operation when sensor error encounters.
When a sensor error occurs, the compressor will operate for tem minutes and stays off for ten minutes.
(3)Time Delayed Operation for Fan Motors
When a door is open, fan motors will stop. After the doors are closed, the fan motors will start operating in one
minute delay.

8. Precaution in installation and Initial Testing
1. This product is an air-cooled design. Do not place too much product in the unit. Do not block air
ventilation ports. Products should not lean against side walls. Please explain the usage to users.
2. There are two leveling legs at the bottom of the unit. Once the unit is situated, lower the leveling legs to
secure the unit to the ground. Explain this function to users.

11. Transportation Requirements
(1) When a unit is moved, do not tilt the unit at an angle of more than 45 degree.
(2) When moving a unit, one should be caution to avoid tripping over by the unit.
(3) Do not use door handle as the pivotal point to move a unit to prevent injury.
12. Installation ambient
(1) Ambient temperature: 16 C to 32 C. The ideal ambient is 18 C to 25 C. Use an air-conditioning system if
necessary.
(2) Humidity: lower than 85%.
(3) Avoid large amount of dust.
(4) Avoid shaking and vibration.
(5) Working elevation: lower than 2000 meters.
