What is Crime?

CRIME is an act subject to sanctions as defined by law. Unless the elements specified by statutory or case law are present and proved beyond reasonable doubt, a person may not be convicted of a crime. Crime is punishable with the force of law.

Definition of terrorism

Terrorism is the illegal use of force against innocent people in order to achieve political objective.

Unlawful use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating governments often for ideological or political reasons.
