In the beginning...

Genesis 2:18(KJV) 18And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Genesis 2:18(NKJV) 18And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”


Helpers are a key item of our every day life, as God desires in our lives

Example of Moses

Exodus 17:8 - 13 8Now Amalek came and fought with Israel in Rephidim.

9And Moses said to Joshua, “Choose us some men and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand.”
