METAL SEATED GATE VALVE

GATE VALVE SERIES 2 JJFFSS FEATURE Solid wedge gate valves are the perfect solution as a closing device

in pipeline systems. Because of the straight bore all impurities can pass through the

valve without doing any harm. Combined with the full bore it will prevent pressure loss caused by turbulence.

Co hard alloy welded sealing surface, which is wearing resistant, erosion proof, abrasion proof and long-lived.

The surface and the adjusting media of valve shaft are nitrogenized so that it is of erosion and abrasion resistant.

PN≥15.0MPa（ Class900 ） ,the middle cavity is designed as a self-tightening sealing structure to have the sealing performance reinforced along with the pressure rise.

There is no backward sealing structure in the valve to ensure the sealing reliable.

APPLICATION Be suitable in applications with water supply, sewage treatment and

neutral liquids in the mining industry, enterprises and high buildings.

Suitable temperature: -10~300°C(DI), -29～425°C(CS), -40～500°C(SS).

Working pressure: 1.0～16.0 Mpa, 150～900 Lb. Caution: FREEZING WEATHER PRECAUTION - Subsequent to testing

a piping system, gate valves should be left in an open position to allow complete drainage.
