Our Spa treatments are designed to relax, rejuvenate, sooth and create a general feeling of wellbeing. We offer an exciting range of Vitage facial &  body  treatments  as well  as  creative manicures &  pedicures  and  a choice of massages to suit all  

We  also  offer maintenance beauty  treatments,  sunless  tanning  and  a       selection of nail treatments for your hands and toes in the Nail Boutique

Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% may be applied  

Parking Customers who are non Hilton residents receive free parking whilst they enjoy their treatments  

Treatments Times Please meet our therapist at LivingWell reception (ground floor) 5 minutes before your treatment is due to start  

Pregnant Ladies We ask that pregnant  ladies in their first trimester do not have massage or body treatments and recommend that those  in their third trimester do not have massage, body or facial treatments because their position on the couch may be uncomfortable. Please consult one of our therapists for more information  

Couples  Share your experience with a loved one or friend, enjoy any of our treatments side by side at the same time in the same room  

Guidance Notes For Waxing & Eye Enhancements For Health & Safety reasons a patch test is required at least 24 hrs prior to any waxing or eye treatment. This test may be carried out elsewhere and you will be required to sign a declaration that this has been done before we would be able to carry out the treatment  

Guidance Notes For Tanning To ensure a flawless and even tan please do the following prior to your treatment:   ‐ Exfoliate prior to your treatment and remove any previous self tanning products    ‐ Avoid moisturiser, oils , make‐up and perfumes on the day of your treatment   ‐ Avoid waxing or shaving 24 hours prior to the treatment   ‐ Wear dark, loose fitting clothes & shoes

Waxing A thin  layer of warm wax  is applied to the skin  in the direction of the hair growth. The hair becomes embedded  in the wax as  it cools and is then pulled off quickly in the opposite direction of the hair growth, taking the hair with it. The results are far smoother and longer lasting than shaving
