Vision: • To expand the Serbian academic, research, and

cultural space across the world and to unite experts under one corps.

Mission: • SVU is an academic, research, cultural and sports

institution dedicated to the integration of Serbia with the rest of the World, with the help of its diaspora.

Serbian Virtual University• SVU would conduct its work as both a virtual and

traditional university.• The educational, research and cultural potentials

of the SVU are represented by Serbia’s experts living in the diaspora, the potential partners of Serbia and the Serbian people, and the experts from Republika Srpska.

• The potential partners within Serbia are the School of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, both faculties of the University of Belgrade, and the Faculty of Technical Sciences, a faculty of the University of Novi Sad (with the potential participation from other universities, including privately owned ones).

Serbian Virtual University• Formed from the positive experience of world

renowned universities, SVU would give special care towards the quality Assurance.

• In its early stages, the SVU would organize individual lectures from around the world meant for display in Serbia and Republika Srpska, and vice versa, from Serbia, viewable throughout the entire world.

• In co-operation with various universities in Serbia and Republika Srpska, the SVU would participate in magisterial and doctoral research ventures and would organize televised personal defenses of doctoral, magisterial and diplomatic theses, with university professors from around the world as members of the commitees.

Serbian Virtual University• In time, SVU would organize lectures in

undergraduate, specialist, magisterial and doctoral studies intended for Serbia, Republika Srpska, and the world.

• SVU would organize internet and video lectures for the Serbian youth around the world

• Using the GEPS database, SVU would allow Serbia and the Serbian people a unique and coordinated approach, as well as an equal opportunity, to the world market of projects, competitions, sponsorships, scholarships and donations.

Serbian Virtual University

• SVU, through various programs, would revive already existing industry and help form new industry with the help of its expert’s skilled and logistic support.

• SVU would help in the coordination and outlet of science research based academic organizations onto the international landscape.

• SVU would dedicate special attention in the fulfillment of its mission statement regarding the vision of its sports endeavors.

Serbian Virtual University• SVU would create the ability of tutelage for the

youth in the fields of science, culture and sport on a level above normal, and most importantly, provide the tutelage and care for their involvement within the Serbian intellectual corps.

• SVU would function as a coordinator for benchmarking activities and the transfer of technologies within the fields of scientific research and education.

• SVU would organize local and international congresses and visits from delegations from its field of work, from around the world.

Requirement

• The required means necessary for the fulfillment of this project are the building of a database, the purchase of the necessary office space, the renting of the necessary equipment, media coverage, and the organizational activities.
