Course Description – page 6 This is a survey of world history. It is organized

into units that begin with pre-history and progress through the early 21st century/ modern day.

They will also begin to develop a cultural understanding through the social sciences of economics, political science, anthropology, and sociology.

A special effort will be made to connect history to current issues and events.
