After you place your order and it is successfully processed by the GES DAAC, you will receive a delivery notice email like this one that explains where/how to pick up your data. This email will have contact information for the User Services group in case you have any questions.



Subsetting Ocean Data

•Ocean Level 2 Parameter Subsetting (WHOM)

-Gets the native HDF file from the archive, extractsthe parameters you request, and merges all of them together in a new HDF file with the geolocation information

•Ocean Level 3 Parameter Subsetting (WHOM, MDOP, EDG, Data Pool)

-Does not do any manipulation to files•Ocean Level 3 Spatial Subsetting (WHOM for Data Pool)

-Option to subset by predefined geographical region
