Please know that the most up-to-date information about school events will always be found on our website. Check the site regularly : http://www.yrdsb.ca/schools/bondlake.ps/Pages/default.aspxOccasionally, other timely items (including letters from the Board/Director) will need to be emailed outside of the Weekly Wave cycle, but our intention is to limit communication to one weekly email. We enjoyed great success with this format last year and hope it continues to be valuable to our families.
SIGNING YOUR CHILD OUT OF SCHOOL--new procedure
At the start of the school year you are given the opportunity to sign the Board’s form to provide permission for your child to sign out of school for lunch each day. We must always have your signature to authorize a student’s departure from school. If your child would like to leave school property for a special lunch or if they need to leave during the school day, we require your signature authorization. Please send in a dated and signed note for each occasion your child has your permission to leave school (unless you signed the form at the beginning of the year). We will not be accepting emails or phone calls to allow your child to leave school. You can sign a note, take a picture on your phone and email it to our school email if you are unable to personally sign out your child or if you don’t have access to a fax machine. Our school email address is: [email protected] and our fax # is 905 313-0687.
