On behalf of the Hawkeye NAVHDA Chapter, we would like to welcome all the handlers and owners who have reached this highest level of training with their dogs.
We would also like to thank all the judges, the workers, and the Invitational Test Committee who have all have volunteered to work on and at this test. Without you all working so hard, none of this would be possible.

Congratulations on making it to the NAVHDA Invitational!
The Invitational is one of the premier dog events in North America and as I like to say, “This is the Super Bowl of dog events!” For years and months, you have put in a tremendous amount of work to get to this point. It is quite an accomplishment to be participating in this prestigious event and you should feel very proud to be walking away with an excellent versatile hunt-ing dog companion at your side!
Thank you to all the handlers, volunteers, and the Hawkeye chapter for making this year’s Invitational happen. The Hawkeye chapter, along with the Invitational Committee, has put in countless hours to make this event be the very best it can be. If you see a volunteer, please take the time to thank them, as without our volunteers, this event would not happen.

Fields A and B - 476 485th Ave Searsboro, IA 50242From Main Complex, head west on Hwy 146 for 2.3 miles. Turn right onto 33rd street; in 0.2 miles turn right onto 485th Ave. Travel 1.6 miles and Fields A and B will be on the right. (Approx. 10 minutes travel time)
Field C - 675 472nd Ave Grinnell, IA 50242From Main Complex, head east on Hwy 146 for 0.8 miles; turn left onto 60th street. Continue on 60th street for 2.9 miles, turn right on 675 472nd Ave. Travel 0.8 miles to Field C. (Approx. 10 minutes travel time)
Blind and Honor – Diamond Lake County Park - 4896 Stage Coach Rd, Montezuma, IA 50171From Main Complex, head east on Hwy 146. Travel 1 mile and turn slight left onto Diamond Trail Road. In 6.9 miles, turn left onto US Hwy 63N. Travel 0.8 miles and turn left into the entrance to Diamond Lake County Park (Stage Coach Rd). Travel 0.3 miles on Stage Coach Road and take a right at the first intersection (if you reach the campground, you have gone too far); contin-ue approximately 1 mile to Diamond Lake County Park. (Approx. 15-20 minutes travel time)
