Over 53,000,000 Euro ACC System Supplied to SIEMENSShuangliang Clyde Bergemann (Germany)

Co., Ltd., subsidiary controlled by

Shuangliang Eco-Energy Systems Co., Ltd.,

recently signed a contract with Siemens

AG for 4800MW combined-cycle power

plant project in Egypt with the amount

of 53,578,400 euro. Shuangliang will

supply four sets of air-cooled condenser

and air-cooled water cooler. It is one of

the world’s largest air-cooling projects for

combined-cycle power plant, the signing

of which has a significant impact on our

business of air-cooled condenser for

power plant.

At the end of July, the supply contract of

81 sets of heat exchangers with Siemens

AG was also signed, total amount of which

is almost 9,000,000 euro.

Shuangliang Eco-Energy has developed

from energy-saving equipment

manufacturer into a professional

supplier of energy saving, water saving

and environment protection system

integration, working together with all

sectors in the form of system integration,

EMC and EPC.

Shuangliang Eco-Energy Joins Hands with Solar Turbines to Boost Win-Win Development

Shuangliang provided two high-

efficiency hot water chillers with

cooling capacity of 7.4MW for

TIAC project of Astrakhan Power

Plant (belonging to Lukoil Group).

Turbine inlet air temperature was

cooled down from 30℃ to 10℃ ,

and output capacity of this power

plant can increase up to 125 MW

(original about 100-105 MW).

Commissioning of was completed

on 15th May, and now both two

units are in normal operation. The

customer is quite satisfied with our

chillers and service, the success of

which marks a new field developed

by Shuangliang in Russia market.

Shuangliang Assists in Driving Shanghai DisneylandAlthough the construction of Shanghai

Disneyland is not completed, energy

station in which Shuangliang CCHP system

is installed has been finished and put into

operation.

Located in Pudong District, Shanghai

Disney Resort covers an area of 3,900,000

m2. It consists of Shanghai Disneyland,

two themed hotels, large-scale retailing,

restaurants and entertainment centers,

recreational facilities, artificial lake,

parking and transportation hub. The

customized distributed energy system is

driven by natural gas to produce cooling,

heating, power and compressed air for

the needs, which doubles overall energy

efficiency.

Five units of Shuangliang flue gas/hot

water operated LiBr absorption chiller/

heater are applied for this system

combined with five units of Jenbacher gas

engine. Compared with traditional energy

utilization mode of theme park, primary

energy efficiency of the system can reach

80% above with estimated emission

reduction of CO2 by 75,000 tons. It can

also ease the pressure on power supply

and improve local power structure and

performance of peak loading regulation.

For the project, Shunagliang specially

developed electric three-way flue gas

valve with flue gas leakage rate lower

than 0.1%. SL Remote, self-developed

by Shuangliang, can realize remote

monitoring and cloud backup of real-time

operation condition through computer

or mobile client, providing remote

specialized diagnosis, predictive reminding

and data analysis.

1st Shuangliang Condensing Boiler Sold in Bangladesh

Shuangliang hot water two-

stage chiller (cooling capacity

930 kW) for the project Agostino

Gemelli General Hospital -

University classrooms had been

commissioned successfully in Sep.

2015, and it is running very well.

This hospital is a large general

one of 1,850 beds in Rome,

Italy. It serves as the teaching

hospital for the medical school

of the Università Cattolica del

Sacro Cuore (the largest privately

owned university in Italy, founded

in 1921 in Milan). The project

is a prestigious reference for

Shuangliang in Italy market.

And its application is typical tri-

generation, which is traditional

preponderant field of Shuangliang

and good trend is kept very well

In September, Shuangliang realized the

sales of the 1st Shuangliang Condensing

Boiler in Bangladesh. The managing

director of Shuangliang’s exclusive

distributor Mr. Ashraf Ulddin says:” After

over 100 absorption chillers installed in

Bangladesh in the past 10 years, now

Shuangliang successfully earns the

reputation and customer loyalty in this

market with the persistent superior

products and services.” Unlike the

normal boiler, the condensing boiler

raises the boiler efficiency to 100.8%

by largely decreasing the flue gas outlet

temperature to recover more heat

from flue gas and the steam within the

flue gas. Apart from the superior fuel

efficiency, the condensing boiler is also

more environment-friendly with lower

temperature flue gas and less draining

water of boiler. “Well begun is half done,

we are confident that Shuangliang boiler

will capture the market in Bangladesh as

well as absorption chiller business.” Said

Commissioning in Italy

On 12th of August, 5 units of steam double effect chiller with each cooling capacity of

1500 USRT were delivered to Indonesia. This is the biggest overseas industrial cooling

project of Shuangliang in 2015 since the 3rd quarter.Shuangliang is committed to

providing comprehensive energy-saving solutions for various industries. These chillers

of 7500 USRT cooling capacity will be applied for high-efficiency operation with low

pressure steam. It will help our customer to achieve remarkable economic benefits.

Commissioning & Sales Breakthrough in Turkey

Two of our service engineers, Payne

Pan and Troy Bu, are now on site in

Turkey to carry out commissioning for

Shuanliang steam operated double

effect LiBr absorption chillers. Thanks to

Shuangliang’s rich experience in energy

saving, we managed to offer three

chillers to Kardokmir A.S. for process

cooling. As one of the very key markets

for Shuangliang’s international business,

Turkey shows a very big potential in

industrial areas. Such applications can be a

valued reference to promote Shuangliang’s

energy saving equipment and technology.

In parallel in Istanbul, Shuangliang secured

a commercial job with MTU Motor for

three flue gas operated chillers which will

be installed in Ankamall shopping mall,

the biggest shopping mall in Ankara. The

increasingly popular concept of CCHP

(combined cooling, heating & power)

makes Ankamall a typical example of

absorption chiller applications. We would

like to thank our dedicated distributor

BRC Sogutma who is contributing

tremendously throughout the project. It is

believed that this job is helping both BRC

Sogutma and Shuangliang to get ready for

deeper involvement in Turkey.

seminar on the topic of “Innovation in

Energy Efficiency” at SBF Seminar Room 2

on the 28th August 2015.

energy saving practical knowledge and

experiences.

Engine is the heart of innovation. It

drives a generator to produce electrical

currents and transformers are used

to step down the power produced to

useful connections. Its waste heat is then

recovered via absorption chillers and heat

pumps to produce useful hot and/or cold

effects. VSDs serve to drive the pumps

to move the fluids; all the operations are

controlled and monitored via sensors and

the large data base is kept in the data

centre. In this seminar, we have covered

these topics.

From this seminar onwards, Cyclect’s

seminar will be renamed as “Energy

Community Reception” to provide a

regular platform for energy-related

practitioners, professionals and

enthusiasts to meet and exchange ideas,

perspectives on energy savings and

network without joining an association.

As our firm and strong partner,

Co., Ltd.) are always dedicated

to promoting Shuangliang

Till now in this year,

exhibitions so as to let the

In the exhibition of HVAC

Thailand, as a leading

waste heat recovery.

to lift the energy using

efficiency of gas engine

2015 Kazakhstan HVAC Exhibition Aqua-Therm

The purpose of this investigation is for

visiting the clients in different industries,

from August 1st to 20th, Mr Joe and Mr

Ron from Shuangliang together with Mr

Ali Naqvi from our agent Orient went to

meet the clients.

As we know that Shuangliang core

business is to use waste heat, to produce

steam, fresh water, hot water and chilled

water. The main products we have for

different solutions are high efficiency

absorption chillers, air cooled condenser,

Industry Investigation in PakistanMED (Multi-effect Distillation) seawater

desalination equipment, etc. And we

are able to integrate them into different

systems with one solution by accumulated

rich experience in Chinese market and

advanced technology.

During this visit, we shared our experience

of waste heat recovery&energy saving

solution and typical cases with clients.

Some of clients are our existing clients

who are very satisfied with our products

and service. But more and clients know

Shuangliang by this visit,we also found

more cooperation opportunities with all

On Aug 13th 2015, Shuangliang high

COP direct fired absorption chiller

for a Pakistan client was successfully

tested in the factory. The full load

performance efficiency we achieved

from the testing was 1.373, exhaust

gas discharging temperature was

79℃ .

Although we have supplied this high

efficiency model to many clients

in China, this is the first one we’ve

ever exported, which we believe is

marking a higher standing point of

our overseas market and practicing

our promise of saving energy for the

Shuangliang High Efficiency DFA Chiller Successfully Tested

Through over one week’s commissioning,

Shuangliang steam operated two-stage

absorption chiller with capacity of 1488RT

for CCL ran smoothly, and was officially put

into operation in Vijayawada India on Jul

22th.

CCL purchased the chiller designed and

produced by Shuangliang in order to

produce the cooling capacity required by

process.

Shuangliang service engineers finished the

project commissioning on July 22nd. The

chiller has been running well since put into

operation, and customer is satisfied with it.

Shuangliang is always dedicated to building

win-win partnership with other more

enterprises and focusing on environmental

protection to promote the development of

energy-saving industry.

Commissioning in India

Over one week’s commissioning

was finished on August 24th, and

Shuangliang steam-operated chiller

for Bydgoszcz hospital project was

officially put into operation in Poland.

Bydgoszcz hospital purchased

one steam-operated double

effect designed and produced by

Shuangliang for their cooling system.

It is used to replace original three

electric chillers with the capacity

of 200KW and recycle the steam

produced by burner, which also

contributes to social energy saving

and environmental protection. This is

the first time that Bydgoszcz hospital

attempts to use lithium bromide

chiller.

Shuangliang Chillers for Bydgoszcz Put into Operation

Shuangliang Eco-Energy

On August 16th, steam single effect chillers provided by Shuangliang

for PT. Belawandeli Chemical Industry was put into operation after one

week’s commissioning in Indonesia.

The customer purchased Shuangliang steam chillers to replace original

Carrier LiBr chiller and electric refrigerator applied for rubber production

process. Through operation of Shuangliang chillers, production needs

are satisfied and production efficiency is greatly improved. The customer

speaks highly of the chillers at the commissioning site and is satisfied

and with smooth operation, which wins good reputation for Shuangliang

and provides a good basis for future cooperation with other customers.

First Chiller Commissioned in KoreaThe first Shuangliang chiller sold to Korea which gained

satisfaction from client has gone into smooth operation after

commissioning on Sep. 22nd.

During the period, our sales engineer and service engineer

gave training to Korea agent and client on how absorption

chiller works and basic skills. The chiller managing staff of client

participated in the training and learned the basic skills about

operation and maintenance. We attached great importance to

the commissioning, and tried best to supply superior service

which was finally acknowledged by our client.
