MASTER OF MEMORY date has changed New Start Date: Friday Sept 24 This free 6 session weekly series is about memory.  It offers skills to help you improve your memory and gives you some idea about why you might not be remembering things as well as you have in the past.  Weekly classes will start at 10:00 and will last about an hour at the Library in Port O’Connor.

STEP UP SCALE DOWN will be starting Monday October 4 at 5:30 and will be held at the Extension Office.  This 12 week series is designed to help you become healthier and lose weight, if that is what you want to do.  Classes last 30 to 60 minutes.  This program is part of the Healthy South Texas Initiative and you may qualify for some incentives (incentives are not based on weight loss).

Please contact me, Karen Lyssy, 361-552-9747  [email protected] to preregister for these programs, or if you have questions. Virtual options are available for either of these classes.
