Its purpose is to keep students and parents/guardians informed and to provide an opportunity for students and families to make a plan, if necessary, to meet graduation requirements. The checked box(es) below indicate that your senior student is not on track to meet one or more graduation requirement(s). This means that your student is in jeopardy of not earning a diploma and participating in the June 15, 2015 Commencement Ceremony. Your student needs to complete credit outside of WHS. Your student needs to pass the Algebra or Geometry EOC (these End-of-Course makeup exams will be offered on February 3 rd ; please contact your student’s counselor for alternative testing options or more information). Your student needs to pass the Biology EOC (this End-of-Course makeup exam will be offered February 5 th , please contact your student’s counselor for alternative testing options or more information). Your student owes fines/fees. Fines and/or fees must be cleared by the teacher or paid. A Customer Fine/Fee Ledger that includes details about making payment is enclosed. All students in the class of 2015 must meet or exceed all graduation requirements established by the Northshore School District prior to earning a diploma and participating in the Commencement Ceremony. The classes needed to meet the required areas of study that your son or daughter is taking this year should be watched very closely. Students should communicate with their teacher(s) if they are having difficulty in any of their classes. Also, keep in mind that attendance is very important as it could result in a loss of credit.
