Negotiation with Subcontractors, Controlling Updating , Monitoring and checking as per the Contract & Specification &DWG and as per the executed work on site

Study for subcontractor rate before signing contract and making sure that rate is ok

o ACCOMPLISHMENT UPDATES: Monitoring /Updating actual site execution works including NCO works/cost. Comparing it with planning schedule and cost control expenses Produce monthly report/Summary to management regarding to this matter

o FINAL REMEASUREMENTS: Monitoring /Updating Controlling Final Re-measurement and submitting it to client. Review remaining quantity &NCO/ controlling it with Final Re-measurement Preparing /reviewing on hold /missing /modified items /executed on site Preparing final report about the project for top management

o CONSTRUCTION GROUP Advising / Informing site engineer about all critical works on site to be as per contract Make sure that all works done on site as per final shop DWG and we will get paid for it. Immediate action for any item not as per contract thinking about how to get paid for it Providing them with wastage report to follow up and controlling

o QC Dept. Review some of RFI'S Related to critical works with the coordination of construction and

QC Dept when requested by client Make sure that all detail and information Attached with this RFIS as per site and contract

for payments purposes.
