Executed a site turnaround. Customer service had bottomed out at 58% after a new operation was introduced. Was recruited to instill standards into the engineering and maintenance departments. With support and efforts of entire focused team, we were able to improve customer service metric to 98% in 4 months time and it has sustained those levels for past 3 years. Traveled to various locations around the world and worked daily with manufacturers to ensure that all specifications were precise and operated equipment to ensure that it functioned prior to shipment. Returned to site during installation and spearheaded start-ups which resulted in on time delivery and within budget plan. (Motorola) Designed site’s first ever water based pigging system that was implemented based off of data indicating large loss to facility via waste and lost production. System enabled more products to be filled as sellable goods and less water required to clean process lines in preparation for following run. Oversee field maintenance, client invoicing and fees, networking/marketing efforts, scheduling of league games, employee schedules, recruitment of sponsorships, and ensure safety of staff and clients at facilities. MOTOROLA INC., Mesa, AZ & Austin, TX 1993–1999 Equipment Engineer, MOS21 & CISD (1997–1999) Transferred from APRDL to start-up Center for Integrated Semiconductor Design (CISD). Oversaw disassembly of equipment and transfer to new facility; created comprehensive instruction set. Collaborated with vendors on equipment installations; orchestrated equipment and safety training. Managed four direct reports in 24/7 environment.

Assigned to a Motorola Technical Advisory Board (TAB) to evaluate new equipment and/or ideas for continuous improvement. Instrumental member of the Motorola Emergency Response Team (ERT); developed emergency evacuation, lock-out/tag-out,
