Office. sCap and Gown Pickup: Students will pick up their caps and gowns immediately following the senior video on Tuesday, May 9th. § Students who are in danger of failing one or more classes and/or

who owe any fines will not be allowed to pick up their caps and gowns until it is certain they will graduate and/or fines have been paid. sFinalizing Grades and Students “On the Bubble”:

Students who are in danger of not passing one of more classes are considered "on the bubble" and will not be allowed to pick up their caps and gowns until grades have been finalized and it is certain they have passed.

§ Mrs. Pilant will call parents beginning at 7am on Wednesday, May 10th to let them know if their student will or will not graduate. § These calls will be made as quickly as possible, but under absolutely no circumstances should the student, any family members or friends call, email, or visit the school in an attempt to find out if their student has passed his/her classes. Doing this only prolongs the amount of time it takes to notify all families of their student's graduation status, so please be patient. sFinal Transcript Requests:

Colleges require a final transcript with a student's official graduation date in order to officially grant a student entrance into the college and possible scholarships. Mrs. Pilant will begin

accepting requests for final transcripts on Monday, April 24th. The first final transcript request is free, but any additional requested copies will be $5.00. Any final transcript requests made after May 15th will also be $5.00. We anticipate final transcripts being mailed out beginning June 2nd, but that will depend on grades and graduation information being finalized at the Bartlett City Board level. s Military Enlistments:

Have you enlisted in the military? Please bring in your enlistment papers to Guidance so we can recognize you!

s College Acceptances & Scholarship Offerings:

Bring ALL College acceptance letters (even if you are not going to go there) and scholarship offerings to Mrs. Pilant in

Guidance. We are proud of your accomplishments and want to put your picture on our Smart TV and on the Guidance website! To see who has been accepted so far make sure to go to the Bartlett High School website @ http://bhs.bartlettschools.org -> Academics -> Guidance.
