drive, and if you give blood you get a free pancake breakfast……blood is always in short supply!

“Christmas Decorating”…Seminole First Baptist Youth Team is now taking appointments to have your building

decorated for the Christmas season (appointments are on a first-come-first-serve basis). Decorating begins November 29th

thru December 14th (removal: January 4

th thru 12

th). There is no charge for this service, but donations are appreciated to

benefit Youth Mission trips….to book appointment contact: Patricia @ 727-409-4587. They have furnished our office

will all of the necessary liability insurance and workman’s comp forms for your protection.

MESSAGES FROM MANAGEMENT

EXECUTIVE MEETING FOR ASSOCIATION PRESIDENTS: Friday, November 22nd

FIRE ALARM DISCOUNTS: If your building has had their fire alarm system completed, make sure you notify your insurance

agent on your unit owners insurance policy as a discount may apply. Hartselle and Associates has copies of all the completed

buildings alarm certificates. Contact: Sharon Murphy at

727-393-3612 to obtain a copy.

Bldg.’s 31-E & 34-E -- new wind mitigation forms have been completed on these 2 buildings and additional discounts may apply

on your unit owners insurance policies. Please check with your agent to make sure that they are applying discounts from the forms

that were completed in 11/2012 (Bldg. 31) and 8/2013 (Bldg. 34) to verify you are getting the most up to date discounts. Hartselle

and Associates has copies of all wind mitigation forms. Contact: Sharon Murphy at 727-393-3612 to obtain a copy.

SGA BUS SCHEDULE: The SGA bus is now parked at a new location (near the maintenance vehicle carport). The bus driver

will continue to pick up residents near the bench located across from the Management office, and all other normal pick up

locations -- In other words, nothing has changed! For the safety of the residents of Seminole Gardens, - please DO NOT walk

over to the carport area near the maintenance department, it is not an authorized pick up location! Bus schedule located at the

Management office (on counter outside of window) for all bus runs/times; feel free to pick one up at any time.

REMINDER: If you are using the Recreation Hall for any meetings or social events, please stop by the Management office

and sign your event into the Calendar book. If it is not booked on the calendar you may have a conflict with another event,

and that event which “IS BOOKED” takes precedence!

POOL HOURS: Pool Hours: 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M (daily); please do not use the pool any time before or after these hours.

Please remember that the pool closes for chemical maintenance every Thursday @ 4:00pm until 10:00 am Friday mornings.

WIFI @ SEMINOLE GARDENS: Free WIFI is available Seminole Gardens located in the Rec-Hall (can also possibly be

connected from the pool area/library)….you can connect to the WIFI by choosing, REC HALL when signing on.

MGMT. OFFICE WINDOW HOURS: Management office window hours are 10:00 A.M. - 12:00 NOON

& 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. (Closed 12:00-1:00 P.M.). Please do not leave payments or work orders on the counter outside the office

when unattended. Please use our drop box in the door for after hour payments or work orders.

FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY: After 5:00 P.M. and on weekends, if you have an emergency:

OUR EMERGENCY ANSWERING SERVICE NUMBER IS 499-3209 - (PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS NUMBER FOR

ANY REASON OTHER THAN EMERGENCIES!) Please identify yourself, your building number, apartment number, phone

number and the nature of your emergency. The person on call will return the call and/or come to the complex for the emergency.
