• Your LDS will be the corpus wich will help you to select the projects
• It will lay the rules admited by the MA and your LAG
• It will be a methodologic frame work for your LAG– Who is doing what ?– How ?– What place for the management group

• LEADER is something new• Local actors must be involved ASAP You have
to create a LEADER way of thinking , based on share values
• A right balance between a technical approach and a management approach
