Original Line® Cylinders Designed for clean rooms, these cylinders feature special lubrication, a polymer rod bushing and a vacuum/drain port at the rod gland in the front head.

Flat-I® CylindersThese cylinders are perfect for clean room applications, featuring a vacuum/drain port at the rod gland in the front head. Its very compact size makes it perfect for applications that are extremely tight on space.

Miniature “Cube” Cylinders These miniature special cylinders easily fit into components handling equipment for testing surface mount devices.

Optional cylinder modifications for clean room applications • Low vapor pressure, non-migrating inert perflourinated ether grease lubricant (flourotelemer thickened perflouroalkyl polyether).

• PET-P plastic rod bearings with low coefficient of friction and wear rate. Bearing material also is dimensionally stable, has low moisture absorption and exhibits minimal outgassing.

• Redundant rod seal, which may incorporate an elastomer designed for minimal lubrication.
