I want to get to know your son/daughter! I would like for him/her to write about which is their favorite food and why they love it so much.

Matemáticas/Math-Los estudiantes necesitan contar usando su tabla de 120. Pueden apuntar y contar en voz alta. Si necesitan un reto pueden contar por 10. Por ejemplo, apuntan a la línea vertical de los 10 y empiezan, 10, 20, 30, 40, etc. hasta llegar al 120.

The students will count using their 120 chart. They can point and count aloud. If your child needs a challenge you can count by 10s. For example, go to the 10s column and begin counting, 10, 20, 30 40, etc. until you arrive at 120.

Today I want my students to draw and tell me how many members they have in their family. I want them to trace the sentence and include the number of members. In the drawing I would love it if they include labels so that I can tell who is who.

Español- Los estudiantes pensarán en 3-5 deseos que tienen para el primer grado. Pueden escribir cosas como aprender a leer más, poder sumar números más grandes, hacer nuevos amigos, etc. Los escribirán en las líneas y harán un dibujo para mostrar cuáles son sus deseos.

Students will think about 3-5 wishes that they have for first grade. They can be things like learning how to read more, being able to add bigger numbers, making new friends, etc. They will write them down on the lines and draw a picture to show what their wishes are.

Matemáticas- Los estudiantes sumarán los números en los puntos de la hoja para colorear. Colorearán cada punto de acuerdo con la respuesta al problema de suma.
