To have a Professional Goal, allows you to manage your efforts and make better professional choices.

Having goal is also a motivation factor, it gives us a reason to work.

IS IT IMPORTANT TO SET PROFESSIONAL GOAL?

DO I NEED PROFESSIONAL GOAL TO DO A GOOD JOB?

You can work in a company without having a professional goal, but your work only benefit the company, not you.

Knowing your goal, allows you to work for the good of the company and for your own good.

HOW TO SET PROFESSIONAL GOAL?

There are two ways to set professional goal :

DO I NEED SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM GOAL?

It is easier to achieve long term goal if you set short term goal.

The short term goal are steps you must do to reach your long term goal.

BY TASK:

Your goal is to be better in some of tasks.

(Example: Creating exam paper)

BY POSITION:

Your goal is to reach a certain position.

(Example: I want to become a Programme Director
