3. CANCELLATION : For GROUPS Less than 30 days up to 75% of

total cost of rooms; Less than 14 days 100% of total cost of rooms +

any other cancellation fee.

For FIT Less than 48 Hours = 1 Room night or 75% of Total Package

Rate Per Person, whichever is the greater.

4. REFUND : After commencement of tour, no refund in part or

thereof, will be honoured.

5. PAXS PER ROOM : Maximum of three people (Regardless of age).

6. HOTEL/S : Hotel/s quoted in this costing will only be honoured

subject to room availability.
