Aims and Objective: Toward quality teacher education the main goals behind

Education Empowerment & excellence:

Education is the tool that not only empowers the mind, but also helps one reach

great heights of excellence. The entire process of learning lays stress on enabling the

individual to put his potentials to optimal use. The human mind was made to be

groomed for welfare of world at large. In this context it will not be an exaggeration to

state that in absence of education a person is incomplete. Education marks man a right

thinker and a correct decision- marker.

At Sri satya sai Institute of Teacher education we encourage our students to

learn not only to earn a B.Ed , but to augment their knowledge on various subjects.

Each person has a different level of understanding that is way has experts in various

fields to help students explore the best in themselves. We prefer interactive learning

over conventional methods of B.Ed. students imparting education as is the interactive

learning that infuses a greater level of comprehension and an improved retention of

students and faculties as well. It is even more important that educational institutes

Placement : To prepare and orient the students the process of training and placement at

sri satya sai instate of teacher education is handled by the training and placement

department headed who coordinates the relevant activities with departmental heads and

students representatives. The TPO would get guidance from the director corporate HR

to leverage from corporate expertise.

This department takes initiatives for developing right attitudes, soft skills,

analytical capabilities and exposing them to the nuances of economic and financial

aspects related to their professional careers.

Teacher – Guardian Scheme: The institute follows the teacher- guardian scheme.

This system proves beneficial in establishing healthy relationship between the pupils
