GENERAL INFORMATION

Guarantee : All bulls are guaranteed against breeding

injury for the first breeding season. Breeding season is

defined as the 90 day period following the first turn out

of the bulls. In the event of a problem, the buyer is re-

sponsible to return the animal to Fred Ranch or Seevers

Angus. Please notify us as soon as possible when an inju-

ry occurs. If a suitable replacement bull is available, he

will be provided. If no bull is available, credit for the

amount of bulls purchase price will be given for the next

year’s bull sale. This guarantee does not include death

loss.

Terms & Conditions: Cattle sell under the suggested

teams and conditions of the American Angus Association.

Terms of sale are cash or check. All cattle must be settled

for at the conclusion of the auction. Cattle are property

of the buyers as soon as sold.

Semen Interest in Bulls: Fred Ranch is retaining 1/3

revenue sharing semen interest in every bull selling in

this sale. Full possession and full salvage value sells on all

bulls unless otherwise noted. Bulls are guaranteed to

pass a breeding soundness exam, there is no guarantee

on bulls to freeze semen unless specific terms are agreed

prior to sale. Seevers Angus reserve the option to retain

an interest on any sale bull to be announced sale day.

Trucking Arrangements: Bulls will be delivered free by

Fred Ranch and Seevers Angus in the state of Nebraska.

Surrounding states visit with Jamie, Kay, Ty or Tabbi on

the accommodations.

Herd Health: The Fred Ranch bulls have had a complete

vaccination program. Fred Ranch bulls have been scrotal

measured and semen evaluated by Dr. Brett Andrews,

DVM of Burwell, NE. The Seevers Angus bulls have had a

complete vaccination program setup by Broken Bow

Animal Hospital. Seevers Angus bulls have been scrotal

measured and semen evaluated by Broken Bow Animal

Hospital.

Viewing of Cattle: Fred bulls can be viewed at the Ranch

near Rose anytime prior to sale day. Seevers Angus bulls

can be view at the ranch south of Anselmo anytime prior

to sale day. All bulls will be penned in Lot groups for you

inspection on sale day. Early visitors are always welcome.

It’s our pleasure to welcome you to the Seevers Angus and Fred Ranch Joint Production Sale.. What a great time to be in

the cattle industry. Never before has there been a demand for red meat that we are seeing at this time. With the growing

National cow herd, there is going to be demand for bulls that can produce great females and still be able to produce easy

fleshing, fast growing, efficient steers. Our goal at Seevers Angus is to produce bulls that first and foremost produce effi-

cient cows without sacrificing steer performance. Our cow herd is built around the moderate framed, easy fleshing cows of

the Fred Ranch Angus herd.

The Seevers Angus bulls were raised and developed at Seevers Family Ranch near Anselmo under the supervision of Dr.

Mark Tracy, DVM with McNess Nutrition. They were developed on a high roughage, high protein ration to grow muscle

and to assure that there’s no severe weight loss during the first 30 days of the breeding season, that would have a negative

effect on fertility.

Remember, you can call in to bid over the phone when watching on the internet if you have registered for that service, but you must be a member of www.superiorclicktobid.com to “click-to-bid” and bid online. Your com-puter must have Flash Media Player installed to view the auction.
